Bitcoin is expected to grow cumulatively far more than the S&P 500 or gold, which only grow on average just enough to keep up with inflation. There are various growth projections ,Michael Saylor, for example, predicted a 21% cumulative annual growth rate over 21 years.Power law model, which is based on mathematics and physics, has projections and predicts a cumulative growth rate of 30–40%.That's why I place more trust in this model . it's grounded in mathematics and objective principles rather than speculation.
It's important to understand that a cumulative growth rate doesn't mean Bitcoin will go up every single year. Instead, it refers to the average compounded return over a longer period ,including years of sideways movement or bear markets.For example, gold reached an all-time high of $2,000 per ounce back in 2011, but then went through a multi-year bear market. By 2015, it had bottomed out near $1,000 per ounce. However, if you look at the cumulative return over a 20-year period, it averaged around 8% annually roughly in line with inflation.

If you want to preserve your money, beat inflation, and even earn additional returns, then saving in Bitcoin is a much better and harder asset compared to gold or the S&P 500.

See the inflation, see the m2 supply, see the bitcoin's growth over the course of the decades, see the capped total supply and then finally see bitcoin's projection within a decade. You'd know that bitcoin is still a really good asset to invest in without a doubt.
I even think that we're still early, because countries are just starting to recognize bitcoin, wait until mass adoption then you'd see massive price growth.

There is no clear answer, but we all know that Bitcoin has a limited supply. I think Bitcoin is a store of value and it is now acting as digital gold. Institutions have changed their view of Bitcoin in recent years. This reinforces that Bitcoin is a store of value. But again, there is a speculative side to Bitcoin and volatility continues. The fact that Bitcoin is not controlled by an institution or government is also very attractive for long term investment. If the rising price trend of Bitcoin continues, it could reach a million dollars by then. But I don't think it was a fair price to see. Yes, I couldn't imagine that could encourage people to invest or only discourage them.

Anyway, with the unpredictable trend of the market, all we can do is to speculate. And none of these will be certain. But for me, I don't think too much about the future. I'd rather see the price be more affordable to all, a price that everyone could have the chance to invest in, not just for rich people.

I don't worry myself about what specific value that Bitcoin price will be in the next 10 years, what I'm concerned about is that it continues to reach new ATH and I will always be in profit by that time. But if I am to predict I will say that I hope it's ATH will be above $1m because if it continues like it's going now into the future there is nothing stopping it from reaching greater heights. I think that the most important thing for anybody that believes in the potentials of Bitcoin is to accumulate and hodl as much as they can like every smart investors so that they wouldn't miss out on the profit boom that will continue to happen in the future.

As far as I know, there are not many countries in the world that ban bitcoin anymore, only about 8-10 countries apply a comprehensive ban on bitcoin such as China, Afghanistan, Morocco...Meanwhile, up to 60% of countries in the world have legalized and allowed the use of bitcoin to some extent(data 2023). While the popularity hasn't reached global levels yet, it does mean we're no longer in the early stages. Not to mention, bitcoin's capitalization has reached over $2 trillion and is higher than the GDP of many developed countries, and this is a sign of a mature asset.

I mean bitcoin price will continue to increase as it becomes more popular but expecting a huge price increase like x100, x1000, that will never happen again. Those who think that investing in bitcoin these days can make x100 profit like early investors, they are making a serious mistake.

of course, it's really hard to predict the future. if it was something possible I think that our life was really boring!
I think that, much probably the next 3 halvings would be enough to reach a really high value (enough to "cut the legs" for normal people/workers).
At that point I will not surprised that btc (maybe on L1) would be something "for big companies and governements" and maybe for some nerds.

Heard it over and over on the podcast of Bitcoin channels that it will go over $1M in 5 years. Its entertaining to believe it and there is a possibility that it would happen. One guest said it is not all because there is a huge demand for BTC but because the value of USD is collapsing and this $1M may not really worth the $1M today due to inflation. Nevertheless its still $1M so yeah seem right.

Now its looking possible Bitcoin will be touch $1 million in next five years because 10 are looking too far for me many good decisions have happened with few countries already took bold decisions and now having good buying of bitcoins.
Confidence level is increasing because many countries are bringing soft policies for their peoples to have their share in this buying if anything wrong not happen most chances 5 years are enough for this figure.

Looking back at the growth of bitcoin in the last 10 years, it has really increased exponentially due to the awareness and the adoption it has gotten over the years. Now, looking forward to the next 10 years, i will say that bitcoin will surpass the growth it experience since its invention till now. More institutions are planning on buying bitcoin and compete with big investors like Micro Strategy so if more investors troop into the market the price will skyrocket to nearly $1 million, it may even go above $1 million.

Sure, hodling for long is the only way to own more bitcoins and have a huge portfolio so why not. Just buy and hodl for long term because you will never lose, the future holds bigger and better benefits than what we are seeing now.

That's what I think, and maybe I'm too bullish, but I think that in 10 years, which is two and a half cycles, I think we will be way past a million, maybe two or three. It is difficult to predict but in my case I think so not so much because bitcoin will continue to appreciate as it is increasingly in demand and the halvings will reduce supply, but because governments, whoever is in power, are going to continue to print in droves. So it will be well over a million. But a million by then will be like $400,000 today, if we put an average real inflation rate of 10%.

I agree on the 1+ million per coin valuation. Some say it would be very tough, but looking at it, it is not really "that" impossible.

First we need to see where we leave the peak on this bull run, I am guessing at least 150K seems quite possible for this one, before we run out of 2025, I bet we will see 150k. That means, with just three times higher on the next bull run, which should be in 3 years, we should see possibly 450k, or at least lets say over 400K.

And then even less than 3x would allow us to reach 1 million on the bull after that. I am not saying we "will", like I know something people don't, I am just saying the possibility isn't that far off, and with people and companies all around investing into it, it is not that difficult.
