Check your Leaderboard ranking based on earned merit 7D,30,90D Time frame

Very nice initiative,
 I checked my details (could not resist ), I found that data is not real time (please correct me if I am wrong). Below is the actual merits earned by me
 

Yes you're right , I notice that also today. I'm scrapping data from Loyce V merit.all.txt  it's 3days behind from the real data. So if you get any merit today it will reflect in 3days. Btw if everyone used this tools we can get an average idea

Since it is behind for everyone, I guess it is ok from the leaderboard perspective . IMO, this will create some healthy competition among members to do more good lol. I can totally see lots of screenshots posted from now on hahaha.
I am not an expert on these things (below average), but if there is a way to eliminate the data lag, it would be so cool.

Although the information that is displayed on your website may already be available from other sources, an example of this feature is BPIP.

Recently I noticed that your Recently Promoted page on your bitcointalk Dashboard is also showing those who have promoted from Brand New Rank to Newbie.

This seems a bit odd to me because if this were the case, this page would only be filled with the rankup status of Newbie.
My suggestion would be to exclude the rankup status of brand new rank to Newbie rank or it would be better if there was an option to filter.

I just checked that again, and yes, now it looks nice and we don't have to scroll through huge lists. By the way, is data scraped here every three days? I mean, if someone ranks up today, maybe we won't be able to see them here, is that the case?

Close to rank & Recently Promoted page now will update in every 24h . As for leaderboard ranking system which I introduced earlier it has a draw back of 4days behind of real time(since loyce v dump data is like this) . I'm currently working on it , trying to scrapping on my own without depending on his Data.

So I recently thought about it there's rank system in forum JR to legendary. It would be great if we can check a user's rank according to their earned merit on specific time frame 7D , 30D , 90D , 120D  

So I tried to build a test project - All thanks to LoyceV since he has billions of data dumped. I took data from his - https://loyce.club/Merit/merit.all.txt and organize it and make it more suitable to visit and check the data.

Since there's thousands of user I've implemented a search bar , if they are not in top 100. I also added a section of 24h Most active user , A section where it will show those who is close to their next rank and recently promoted to their next rank.

I just started the RDP so it will take some time to sync all active user data , close to rank and recently promoted data

Also it's a test project, there's might be still lot's of space to improve. For now Leaderboard page is almost accurate, I checked it on Bpip also 30D earned merit was accurate .

wow!!, I just checked it out and i must confess it is a nice tool and the interface is quite smooth to navigate i love simple and yet fascinating  UI/UX Development... I have a feeling more features are on  the way!! becuase once you feel attched and dedicated to a project all you will aspire to do is to make it better and better.  Keep it up boss.

I also think if you can implement a same style of feature that shows the total number of post a user might have made in the last 7days, 30, 90 and same 120days, it will also go a long way, as I'm pretty much sure such feature would go a long way helping signature campaign managers have a quick glance on users that completed their required post count, before heading forward to checking the quality of the post been made.

This is a very great and commendable tool to use. I did explore it and the UI/UX design looks great and fine, easy to understand and use. I love the part users can actually see who just got ranked up, the date they ranked up and all other users most recent activeness in the forum. Exploring the leaderboard section, it was very easy to search a username that even before typing in all the names, once spelt correctly, the user data will pop out, already synchronised without waiting to load for users data again. Looking for quick stats about a user just got easier with this tool, I will bookmark it for future use.

Thanks for the suggestion, but still some manager like hhampuz requirements specific numbers post's in gambling section. Although I will look into it filtering a user's weekly post count this could have gets in handy for campaign manager.

Update - This tool is rn offline , you won't get any live data. My VPS is rn off , I'm looking for a good and stable vps rn. I hope I can make it live soon enough.

You asked and I served , I couldn't implement this tool within my existing tools so I build it another one and currently it's now on Testing phase , since it's only usefull for Campaign manager alone if I don't get any response it won't be good for me to run this tool.

4. Exclude posts based on minimum character count or specific boards.

N.B - if you're using google sheet/ .xlsx file please include the page name which one you want to scan, other wise it will scan whole file.
Eg - Your sheet could have user's data like week 1 , round 1 , W3 so please mentioned them

Since I was tagged I guess I will leave my opinion. If I have to open a users profile to check their quality, whether that be before I put them in a campaign or when checking weekly posts, what good is this tool?

I just dont see where this is useful to a manager, at least nit 1 thats actually opening profiles.

Im going to see the boards they have been posting on when I look at their profile as well, so again nothing useful there.

I just checked it, and I also want to share my opinion.
Yes, I do agree that we check each profile every week when we count the posts and check the quality. Personally, my campaigns have several requirements, like the participants need to write a certain number of posts on the gambling section. Only x number of posts will be counted from the local board, etc, etc. Some users write 50+ and sometimes 70+ posts. At first, I check their posts and browse them again to count how many posts they wrote in the gambling section. Once I enter this data into the spreadsheet, I browse their post history again to count how many posts they wrote in the Local thread. Again, I browse the same user's post history to count how many posts are in excluded boards, and then the final count. So, I have to browse a single user's post history multiple times just to count it board-wise. 

So, I am being honest here, I think this could be a useful tool for me to count the posts boardwise, considering my campaigns have several restrictions/conditions. As for post quality check, yeah, we do that and I bet that when I read the posts (some of them) or check the quality, I often forget how many posts I counted and then I start from the beginning. So yes, I think this could help me counting the posts after end of the week. I will check it next week and then I will be able to write in more details.
