BCGame Poker Some Problem

I had $73 due and was due to receive it today.

After clicking "Get Money from RakeBack," the $73 disappeared from RakeBack, but the balance wasn't added to my account as usual.

I tried to contact Bc Game support and they told me that they are not responsible and I contacted BC Game Poker with no response

This is the first time this has happened. Every week, I used to receive money without any problems, and it appeared directly in my account.

Today, after clicking "Collect," the money didn't arrive in my account.

I want a solution to the problem, please. What should I do?

Yes, BC's support can't help you with BCPoker. Though they're sister company, they're "not related" in terms of having completely different set of team. I'm currently in attempt to get BCPoker's contact, but for the time being I'll have to make-do with my contact from BC to reach their conterpart in BCPoker.

How long is the ticket been open? try to wait a few days at aleast giving them some times and maybe (1 weeks) not having some answer you can tried to contact them again. The problem is BCPoker have a habit of making themselves non-contactable. In my case they have never communicated with me in any way over the course of almost a month. Just radio silence.

I am still in attempt to get ahold of a contact from BC Poker, of which I'll need that contact with cat-like-fluidity from BC that can move interdepartment. I'd appreciate some patience from you both and will assure that both of your cases are still in my attention.
