[HIRING] Lead Community Manager – NFT Play-to-Earn Project

Hello everyone,

We’re a fast-growing NFT Play-to-Earn project and we're looking for an experienced Lead Community Manager to build and oversee our community operations across Discord and other platforms.

About the Role:
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You won’t just moderate chats — you’ll design the structure, lead the team, and drive our community engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement community strategy (short-term and long-term)

Recruit, train, and manage a team of community moderators

Define and maintain tone of voice, rules, and community guidelines

Monitor community activity and sentiment across Discord & social platforms

Collaborate with marketing, game dev, and support teams for announcements & events

Organize AMAs, contests, and initiatives to increase user engagement

Track KPIs (e.g., user growth, retention, sentiment) and report insights

Help escalate and resolve high-priority support issues from users

Lead crisis communication if needed (e.g., during bugs or downtime)

⚙️ Optional / Bonus Tasks:
Support in identifying UX issues or bugs in the app (bonus for valuable finds)

Participate in product feedback loops with the core team

Requirements:
Deep understanding of blockchain, NFTs, and Web3 culture

Prior experience leading online communities (ideally in crypto/NFT/gaming)

Excellent written English and communication skills

Availability: ~3 hours/day, 5 days/week

Strong leadership and problem-solving mindset

💰 Compensation:
From $900/week, based on experience, commitment, and performance

Paid 1-week trial period to assess fit from both sides
