Also to pay salary in bitcoin, it's also mandatory that Bitcoin use is legal in that country. There are many countries where use of Bitcoin is restricted by the governments. So the idea is not applicable to countries where Bitcoin use is not legalised.

You know, if your salary is your main source of income, then it’s hard to realize having bitcoin as a form of your salary when all you need is fiat so you can provide your basic needs and your family needs, in short you need fiat as a form of salary for you and your family’s survival.

You are correct sir. I do not think it will be an issue if  a person wants to receive part of their money in dollars and the rest in Bitcoin. Sometimes, investing is not for many individuals, most especially for those who are struggling on how to budget their salary and make their ends meet. Lucky for those who are working on executive jobs and are given high compensation, but for those who are earning an average amount, do not expect them to prioritize bitcoin investment and set aside their basic necessities.
