Hello,

I recently saw this site minerboxes.com, they are selling crypto mining boxes. Has anyone here ordered from their site? Can you share your experience?

But there's few things I am curious about.
Are their container solid and well built?
Can it handle very loud noise and heat?
How's the delivery?
Is it worth it to get one or just build my own?

I am thinking to expand my setup and maybe outdoor mining using this box but I want to be sure if it's worth my money.

If anyone here has the experience, I appreciate your opinions.

Thank you.

Here's the image of the website

I will tell you that paying €580.00 is very expensive. All noise boxes have the same operating principle and reduce noise from 85 decibels to 35-45. There is a lot of information on YouTube and the Internet about how to assemble a noise box with similar characteristics for 100-200 dollars. It will not be as beautiful as the product on the site for 580 euros, but the noise will be reduced.

I wouldn't trust that website for now. A few months back it was suggested by a member who loves to shill scam mining websites in a certain thread. So I won't be surprised he is linked to this site too. One member also pointed out that it is linked to oneminers.com, which is also a scam website. You can dig in further for more details before sending them any money.

As reminder, oneminers dot com is a probable scam mining company. minerboxes dot com also appear to be scam since it list at 3 scam/probable scam website as it's authorized seller.

This site has been operating for over a year and I don't know if it is connected to scammers or not.
What this site offers is very expensive. It may be a very high-quality product, but don't forget that you are buying a regular box made of sound-absorbing materials.
It is better to look for used versions of this product in miner chats.

first off it is way way way way way too much money.

also it is almost certainly using mdf which hates water so it will not be good for outside.

I would do the easiest thing which is get after market software.

https://altairtech.io/product/epic-umc-universal-mining-control-board/

the board above will allow you to play with clocks and fan speeds.

then look into modding the miner you have into a two board.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/156984520065

two boards will allow for good under clock of fans and hash rates.

this would likely solve your noise issue
