On July 20th, I made a withdrawal, which has not been processed to this day. I deposited $2000, and the amount withdrawn is around $2001. On chat, they told me that my activity is being investigated and that it takes 5 working days. They don't want to respond to chat anymore, and they don't want to tell me anything about withdrawal.

I can log into my account, I can play at the casino and sport, but limited in betting, but I'm not interested anymore, I just want my money. Username AnGl1775

Provided your scam accusation is legitimate (because you haven't followed the right scam reporting format). I do hope bennettwinna comes around and helps you resolve the issue. They seem to be pretty active the forum lately and have help resolve a couple of issues as soon as possible. Please make a full report so it can easily get followed up.

Can you provide your betting history before you initiate withdrawal?

I’m not familiar with this casino ToS when it comes to their wagering requirements on deposits. I want to know what’s your betting pattern before you initiate the withdrawal because I do experience this in the past from different casino when I make a withdrawal right after I complete the x1 wager and withdraw.

They might investigate for possible mixing.

I assume they flagged you for money laundering. You should check their general wagering requirement terms. Most casinos require you to wager at least 1x before they allow players to withdraw; this is part of their money laundering detection protocol. You cannot just make a $2K deposit, play a little bit without risking anything and then withdraw $2001. This is sometimes considered suspicious behaviour and they may ask for your KYC.

Anyway, all I said is based on assumption. I don't know what is the problem from their side and we cannot know if Winna support doesn't respond and tell us what is the issue with your account. I would suggest you to be patient and keep reaching them regarding your case, and update the community.

Your issue actually seems suspicious to them after seeing your transaction. And after reading their ToC I am sure they have 1x wagering requirement. However they have already exceeded their time limit of 5 working days and have not informed about the progress of your issue, this is also unacceptable. I hope they will investigate and provide details on this matter, what they actually found and when your withdrawal will be completed.

If it was about completing the wagering requirement then I suppose they would have just rejected your withdrawal request and ask you to complete the requirement. This is what most casinos usually do.
I don’t think this is the case here since they told you that your account is being investigated and the have limited it. tbh, this is understandable since you deposited $2k and tried to withdraw almost the same amount. Doing do would trigger any casino's anti-fraud system especially when there is a short time between your deposit and withdrawal request.

In any case, they are suposed to keep you updated about the status of the investigation.

I played there around half year. I always deposited and withdrawal on same address. If true I really shocked why they not my money back. My last bets I can send in WhatsApp. Because I don’t know how to add here photos. I played mostly football , basketball and abit casino. Very strange. We don't know how we should take this case since we haven't heard anything from the casino yet. Thanks to you that you decided to reach them on behalf of the community.

As I see on fresh reviews about this winna.com other people posted same problem. So big possible they start scam peoples . One day ago someone on trustpilot posted review where he said he deposited money after this they not allowed him withdraw and also they said his acc under review

I'll try to sort things out and get to the bottom of your case by establishing contact with someone from compliance from Winna, but for the time being, as there is a possibility that Bennett of Winna is taking care of your case, I will wait and see, if that's okay with you. Well, at least you got some reply. There is nothing wrong with waiting if they come and tell the community something. But it is frustrating that they left OP without any response for a week now. I hope they will come here and tell us the reason why they didn't allow OP to withdraw his funds, even though I already suspect OP breached money laundering terms or whatever rules they have.

I am saying this based on what OP said. Making a $2K deposit and then requesting a withdrawal of $2001 USD is suspecious behaviour. This kind of behvaiour consider as an attempt to do money laundering. They may ask for a KYC if I am not wrong. But they need to tell the OP what to do instead of remain silent.

In case of a value bet, the sportsbook usually limits the player's betting ability. In the worst case, the casino blocks their account after returning their deposit. We have seen several cases like that. The common practice is to refund the user and then take action. However, in most casinos, there are no rules about value betting. All they care about is Arbitrage betting. So, do you mind telling us why you would confiscate the user fund instead of refunding them?

Our beloved friend Rating Place is an expert in these matters. He usually fights for players if he sees the casinos are confiscating funds for value betting. He has been vocal on some threads. Let's see if our friend Rating Place appears here, think winna is scamming the player and write to Mr. Bennett
