Hello everyone.
I want to warn everyone who works or is going to work with the AscendEX crypto exchange (ex. BitMax). The exchange has blocked my verification account and has been withholding funds (in my case, $15-18 thousand) for more than six months. Support either completely ignores requests, or responds with boilerplate phrases without specifics.
Judging by the reviews and messages on the web, dozens, and possibly hundreds, have already been affected. Everyone has the same problems: the inability to withdraw funds, lack of answers, account blocking without explanation. There is every reason to suspect that this is a fraudulent scheme.
