If you could master ONE game, what will it be, poker, blackjack, sports betting?

I choose sports betting not just because I see a higher percentage of winning. The main reason is that I love sports. Besides, I never bet solely to make money but just for having fun while supporting my favorite team.

I think that gambling is not all about money, and that we think we can win. But we chose to gamble because we feel happy doing this. It was stupid to be here because we want to become rich, as we are just bringing ourselves to a losing destination.

If given the chance to master one game, what will it be?

a. poker - this is one game that we have seen players turning into professional and making big money and definitely you will become well known in the gambling world
b. black jack - assuming that card counting is allowed and casinos are not going to kick you when they found out that you are doing this
c. sports betting - your winning rate is 80%-90% on a specific sports

To be honest, out of these three options, I'm only a little good at sports betting, and I'm a complete newbie at the other two games, blackjack and poker.
I still have a lot to understand about these games, but due to the hype of poker tournaments on the forum, I have a strong desire to learn poker games and become a little pro here. But by pro, I don't mean that I will win every time I actually mean that when I play poker games, I can at least play my rounds knowingly and then completely rely on my luck to win or lose.
I have an interest in even card games, but due to lack of time, I haven't fully learned the games, so I'm currently focusing more on sports betting.

Sport betting is my favorite and the most preferable among all , because it is more than just a gambling game to me, sports betting  is more entertaining and the most easiest way to ease up my stress when I am in a lot of stressed. however,  sometimes gambling can be more interesting and healthier when you seize to see it as a do or die affair, when you are not too emotional about it, when you gamble with what you can afford to let go, then you see gambling become fun and entertaining to you.

I would go with Blackjack because I like that game and I find it fun to do card counting, even though it becomes difficult at increasing number of decks being dealt. Although luck factor is prevalent, it is still a game where I find winnings happen more commonly and if left early you can end up with some nice wins in your bag.

But truly speaking, mastering any gambling game is really not possible, because it is gambling after all. You are bound to lose the game after some time or the other.

Poker is one game where skills can matter, sports though, even if you make very calculated predictions, luck still rules you out.

Even if you do win in both blackjack and sports betting, it's only a matter of time until you get kicked or limited by the casino and sportsbooks. They'll make sure to keep the winners away so their profits keep on growing.

I didn’t consider this part but this statement makes sense a lot as an end result among the 3 choices. I thought there’s no clear answer to this because it will rely on user preference but this statement of yours clearly show who’s the real winner among the 3 choices.

Poker is a P2P game while casino gets profit on the rake percentage on the prize pool. So casino doesn’t care if you are winning frequently if you get it the proper way without colluding to other players just to win.

My instinct choose Blackjack normally because I’m a blackjack player which is a good choice since card counting is effective method on normal blackjack but I doubt casino will allow me to win consistently using same method over time.

Since you mentioned just one game and sports betting has the opportunity of an 80-90% winning rate on a specific sport, why then waste my time on the games that will subject me to a lower probability (poker and blackjack)? Currently winning, my sports betting winning is not even up to 80-90%, though it could be dancing close to 80% or more in some months, I am still very happy with the result and lean more towards sports betting than games in casinos.

For me, since the house does not have the leverage over you in sports betting where the two of you have a 50/50 transparency on the result without the interference of a biased algorithm, then it should be the best choice with an 80-90% winning rate.

Of the games listed by the author, only sports betting has development prospects. Online card games are killed by neural networks and programs for calculating the optimal move. Only in sports betting and on prediction platforms are neural networks powerless.
However, if the question is what is my priority in studying, then I would probably choose poker. I still don’t know this game well and it wouldn’t hurt me to practice poker. Although at the same time I understand that it’s stupid to hope to make money in this game.

In fact, given the current situation I'm in with other games, sports betting is actually a better option for me, and to be honest, I do sports betting most of the time and it's my preference.

I would agree with you that mastering one games is best option and at the same time sports betting is the choice of most people because sports games are more familiar than slots games and as well it also creates extra crazy feel when we saw the match  and a well bet on that.

However, I will disagree with you a bit here and at the same time say that the results of slots games as well as sports betting depend on luck. Yes, betting based on analysis often increases the possibility of winning, but we also see many matches where the team that the analysis predicted to win ends up winning the opposite team. This is especially true when a strong team loses to a weaker team.

I will also go with sports betting, it's not about luck with this sports. It's more of your skill on those games that we bet. And it's because it's more thrilling as well to watch a game and then you have a bet on the side either with your friends on in the casino itself.

And we have history of gamblers, hitting huge parlay games and winning big. As compare to other games mentioned, I think this is the best and easiest for us to make money. We might not known that we intentionally studied it from the beginning when we are young and following let's say football and basketball or our favorite sports. As once, we got at the right age, and with enough knowledge we have, then we can start betting and making money.

I would choose poker, because if you can really become a professional you will definitely have a good strategy, even if you hold bad cards you can win, I would not choose sports because of its nature of relying on other people rather than our own skills.
