Finally paid my dues for this pool. I hope it's the last thing I needed to do, can be quite a chore on its own just to do all these little things, but it's impossible not to compete in another league, another pool, with the same old bastards. Curious to see if we'll get the Frenchies coming in here on their own, local boards seem fairly active.

Teams like Angers, Le Havre or Auxerre is dark forest for me, I know nothing about them. Predicting such games would be pure lottery. Probably even bigger lottery than predicting Championship.
Can't say that I'm going to watch more Ligue 1 games than I used to - I only watch their big games. But I have one team to follow - it's newly promoted Paris FC

When i see the pot i can only think about how much the BTC grow and how much now worth, we can see it very clearly with only 2 entry fees from the UCL from past season which was 2mbtc are now equal to 15 people playing a prediction pool.(i know this is the pool with the lower entry fee).

So what i want to say with this? Dont think this is little money, it is today but you dont know tomorrow can be a LOT!

That is not even all there is to win, our main sponsor, Whale.io is also going to donate $1500 at the end of the pool, so that is also going to be generously added to the pot. There is also a $50 free bet for the Yellow Cap winner each gameweek, so that is further incentives to join the pool and have some fun with a considerate entry fee.

You know there were BTC faucets that were giving 5 BTC to solve captcha? When I came to the forum, my first "job" even before any campaign was one page translation to Croatian for 0.1BTC. That was so little money that other people were calling OP cheap and nobody wanted to do it so I got it as very low rank.

Those are just few examples. Anyway, this pool is locking up real fast so if you want in, do it asap.

Shit, thats crazy. My first 'crypto job' was to take care of a community on Discord, it payed in shitcoins that was worth so little money too (but wow 0.1 BTC was still I guess $30? We had really shitty team managers who paid us $25 in shitcoins for a week worth of work, 7 days and he always asked us where we are are we sleeping when we worked >12 hours just replying to shit scammers every day

But I always converted to BTC by deposit to casino and exchange by tipping people and they tip you BTC back. Man in those days you can really trust people to honor their words these days if you tip some guy they will gamble it and then disappear.

Offcourse that we know. It's not that PSG made some charity. They simply paid full money for Barcola transfer, instead of paying in parts. Why they did it? They don't see Lyon as competitor, but helping to save legendary club from relegation is some good PR.

I was about to say this exact same thing, that was there anyone that would have gone for Rennes to defeat Marseille even though Rennes the home team, more surprisingly, Rennes played about 60 minutes of the game with 10 men, and they still had more shots on target than Marseille 5-2...

The couldn't have scored a better time, 90+ minutes, to earn the victory, perhaps they were in the lead before going down to 10 men things might have turned out a little different.

Oh ya I knew about this but totally forgot, this is what happens when you have rich Arabs bankrolling you, and you know its still farmers league but you want to still beat the best farmers lol

I can't remember but there was also a similar story last year or 2 years ago, another big club did the same to save a shitty club somewhere else, but that was because same owners, and they used the small club to 'clean' their big club money lol

Last season, in the first 10 games, PSG won 8 times and drew 2 times with a goal difference of +21  They don't seem to have become any weaker over the summer and maybe after the defeat to Chelsea and the unconvincing win over Tottenham they are more focused on playing effectively against the underdogs. I think my theory has a good chance of being profitable.

This pool is now soft closed. Will let is a day or to more just to see if someone forgot it starts on Friday. It will be officially closed with kick off in first game of GW2. There is 22 of us that paid but one person did not enter the pool yet. That means we have following money for the rewards.
Participation fee - 22x0,25=5.5 mBTC
whale.io sponsorship - 1500USD paid in BTC when pool ends, not on escrow until then

Since I can't know how much BTC will 1500USD be worth, rewards will be put as percentages and than rounded to 2 decimals when I get sponsorship money. 2 decimals in mBTC so I should say 5 decimals probably

Remarks:
*There is no sharing of the prizes, Superbru has implemented tie-breakers and I will use their final table as basis to pay out rewards

*When I officially close the pool, I will send money to dedicated escrow address to separate this pool from my other two since we have different sponsor. That will also serve as input consolidation. There should be a bit extra money on escrow to cover this but if there isn't I will add what is missing.
