OP, are you sure you used the legit website and did not end up on a phishing website by mistake from google or somewhere else?
can you check the url in your browser history (if you didn't clear it already) and let us know?

i see this up on thier website, so i assume they had problems processing eth transaction before.



also, for a proper scam accusation, you need to provide evidence that you actually sent the coins, otherwise no one gonna take you seriously.

i didn't call you stupid, i was just checking to make sure you didn't get phished since you didn't provide much info to work with other than your word of sending coins, and them saying no coins where recieved.
which is usually what happens when someone gets scammed by a phishing website but contact the real website.

again, please follow the proper scam accusation format and provide evidence if you really care about warning people about a possible exit scam.

Even the AI made a summary about the service from the different reviews by different users and slow support is one of the downsides that is pointed out

FWIW, this FAQ only added somewhere in middle or late December 2024[1]. It wasn't exist on early 2024[2]. If OP used wizardswap long time ago, it's not surprising he wouldn't expect such addition/change on how wizardswap works.

i don't know if your coins are stolen or not, but them freezing your funds without even having any evidence or a report from law enforcement before hand is ridiculous.

it's too late now, but you could have avoided getting all your coin confiscated if you did the exchange in instalments (that's what i do for large amounts).
or maybe use a real no KYC/AML exchage next time.

Maybe what ABCbits was trying to say is that, Wizardswap.io modified their terms after some time. If OP was that old customers who used the service before the made those update in their terms or FAQs, then it's very unlikely that he knew about the changes minus rereading the terms of service.

Honestly, if I recall correctly, I think the wizardswap guys started off with no KYC until they just changed everything, just like other exchange services we have seen.

i have never used wizardswap before, but if they really changed that quietly with no announcement or letting their users know, that's fucked up. i guess in the no KYC exchange game, you either die a hero (like eXch), or live long enough to become the villain.

I faced the same situation. I sent 0.08 btc and the deposit was not counted. support in simplex reads and ignores my messages. I can fill out a scam report if it will be useful

Please do what is required and create a scam accusation as guided by @Trêvoid

Your scam accusation could help us understand what's going on with Wizardswap.io (perhaps they may have turned into scammers?)
The exchange appears in a number of aggregators and privacy service listing websites. The information could help have them delisted in those sites so that they won't net any more victims.

Exchanges are compelled to freeze coins that are derived from hacks, scams etc - this is nothing new. Many NoKYC services rely on CEXes for exchanging the coins. So accepting such coins is very dangerous for the service, as this can cause their entire liquidity balance in the exchange to be frozen (i.e. bankrupt them) if a user sends them stolen coins.

I am not implying that OP stole anything, but hackers frequently off the stolen money to third-parties in exchange for clean money, so that's how stolen coins leak into circulation in the first place.

AML checkers are cheap and should be used before exchanging a large volume of crypto from an address. Some exchangers like CCE actually run a check for you. That's why they are able to return the coins to you if it is of a stolen nature (ironic of me to type this sentence, but I'm just explaining how exchangers work).
