Anyone need to work hard to earn money, any situation that you fine your self you should always be grateful and you will surely get better job. Some people are really ungrateful with the job they are managing they need bigger and probably try to leave the one they are managing for so long and feeding there self with paying bills. Take for instance when you talk about grateful, as a human you give something out to others and there we are very grateful you will be happy and you be willing to do more for those people since the appreciated and they show that their greatful for what you have done. While plans are been put in place to change once current situation, we shouldn't make that mistake of quitting our current source of income when our plans haven't matured. I will be happy with any job that I can get because to me it's not just about the job but what I am going to use my earned money to do, many people seek for convenience in everything they do but that's not how life works, you have to give something to get something in return.

Human nature is like this, when people do not have a job then people try hard for any job and even after trying hard when they get a job they keep trying to get to a better level. But when a person is unemployed then he has to go through the worst moment of his life because at that time he has no financial freedom but after getting a job trying for another job is not as difficult as being unemployed. some people are too afraid to resign from their jobs just because they think that now is a difficult time and they have to endure in order to survive. but i think it is foolish to stay in a place where you're not growing, you're not valued, and you're constantly under pressure. life is not only about surviving, but also about growing.

I agree with your point, change is constant and in order to grow in life you must make leave where you are to get to where you want to be. That is exactly how I feel. I think it's important to appreciate what you have time to time. Even though I work from morning until night, with just some sort of breaks for eating. However, that also means I can pay my debts and bills, that's an important thing, and I should be focusing on the bright side. What if I didn't had it? Like what if I had nothing? Then it would be a lot worse and that is why I honestly believe that the best way to move forward would be just to be happy with what we have.

There are sooooo many homeless people in my nation, which means that I could be one of them. Instead, I am someone who owns my house (no mortgage debt neither) and have my car (no loans on it) and I have a business, and I also work somewhere. See how awesome my life is when you think about it? Sure day to day feels tiresome, but overall is great. Plus, I am mostly healthy, so that's important too.

Let me just tell you based on my own understanding in anything that have to do with employment or job opportunity, if you are not interested in job that you have it is when you quit and look for another job because of the condition and the salary you are receiving from the present job that you are doing, but if you quit a job without being assured of another one you will regret of quitting that job because at that moment you will be jobless and you might be face a challenge if you don't have a much service within you, so that is why people does not like to quit from their job and look for another job so that them facing a challenge or the place that work in sack them because of their own doing but a normal sense you must be looking for job and be sure of the job that you want to join before you will leave the already one that you are in
