Will altcoin rally again?

The market has been down after the recent altcoin rally. I am looking at some altcoins I think will do well, but I would love your opinion if there will be another rally before I jump into investing in these altcoins.

Though I plan to risk something little, it would be great to have more opinions before I go about it. One of the altcoins I am big on is CYC. I came across CYC not long ago, and if there will be another rally, with its features and fundamentals, it would be a great addition to my portfolio.

With the token getting listed soon, I plan to wait for it to dip before getting in so I won't be the exist liquidity of big players. What do you guys think?

Dips like pumps can be short-lived, which is why I like to build a descending column of buy offers: it means my offers are already in place so even if a dip happens while I am asleep or away-from-keyboard my column of buy offers snaps it up for me all the way down.

If I build my descending column of offers downward low enough (ultimately even to the very very bottom in many cases historically) then no matter how low it goes I already bought some at darn near whatever low it ultimately dips to, thus can afford to build an ascending column of sell offers back upward from there.

Then of course I am in place to similarly sell back as price climbs back up, ideally eventually having my column of sell offers built so high that "no matter how high it eventually climbs" my offers automatically get bought up even if I am asleep or away from keyboard and I end up having just sold some at darn near the highest it manages to go, thus am stocked up with buy-side asset to build buy offers climbing up toward that price.

Eventually no matter how high OR low price goes, I profit on one side or the other, so my numbers of both sides of the pair just keep on growing...

Long term, ultimately a rally is built from that, by building buy side denser than sell side so the process acts like a "ratchet", building a stronger and stronger buy side; and for pairs in which both sides are liquid enough to function as a buy-side, it can become a ratchet at both ends, basically building both sides of the pair a strong bottom of price range as measured in the other one of the pair.

CYC is a newcomer to the market, less than 48 hours old, and currently trading at around $0.06, not far from its initial launch price. However newcomers must first go through a dumping period, and some coins from the airdrop have not yet been fully sold. It may be better to wait for the ideal price to enter, at least until it stabilizes.

There is growing concern and skepticism. Just imagine the following scenario: The long awaited altcoin rally that will save the altcoins in this cycle does not happen at all this time, for whatever reason. What then? This is a growing fear and there is a lot of copium and hopium everywhere. Should an altcoin rally fail to materialize in even 1 cycle, then it will spell big doom. The problem with shitcoins is that greed knows no limit, they continue to print useless projects that keep draining and spreading the liquidity all around. Below their initial offer prices? Perhaps you meant ATH or something like that, because what you wrote is incorrect. Most top coins are way above their initial offering prices, especially mature coins that continue to top the charts.

In general, there are thousands of altcoins and even if there's a rally, it's only a few selected altcoins that will be pumped before it dumps, Bitcoin holds the market together and it also drives the move that some of the altcoins experience, if you are investing do your research very well on the coin you want to buy and invest wisely with the amount you can afford to lose. Tbh your question is broad and if believe you should drop the alts you're looking at first. For CYC, it's listed and price seem to be holding on good

Altcoin will surely rally but the question is when, this is very hard to predict, mostly what happen before when bitcoin rally, altcoins will rally after a few months but now bitcoin has already reach ATH but the altcoin is still sleeping, so meaning, the rally is not always the same we may experience it tomorrow without even expecting, some people say its starting to rally but the price not showing any signs, maybe I'm wrong but lets see.

The market is currently in a very confusing situation. Sometimes it seems that the market may start a new bull run and at the same time the altcoins season will start. Then, it is seen that the Bitcoin market is correcting while the altcoin market is dropping sharply.

Aside from ETH, BNB, SOL, XRP, LTC, and others have experienced an amazing run. Yeah, I know CYC is still early, but I love to get in after they have dipped from airdrop sales. I sometimes mark from the highest price to the listing price and wait for the price to reach or trade below 50% of the Fibonacci ratio. I have done this for CYC on Bitget, and I am just waiting patiently, though sometimes some tokens just explode before reaching, but let's see how this goes.

What you are saying is that, you are waiting for someone to convince you that we are going to have another altcoins season and then by hearing such you jump into investing in some coins, if you do that you may likely invest in a wrong coin, and lose your money in the process, what I believe is that, to make such a decision you need to do your own research to select the coin to jump on and not to wait for another person to choose the right coin for you

I have never of the altcoin you've mentioned. To be honest, with all of the threads asking for some suggestions, you guys have at least one to three altcoins already ready to bag. But just to be sure that others won't miss your purchase, you're asking for some idea if it's a good hold while asking for some tip if there could be another altcoin to hold. You know what you're doing and I don't think you need some tips already. Others will call you are shilling these tokens that you have on your plans but, I'm giving the benefit of the doubt and we all have our own biases.

The altcoin market’s been pretty flat for a while now & it’s hard to say exactly when it’ll run up again. A lot depends on Bitcoin, overall market sentiment & stuff like interest rates or new tech hype. Some people think the next bull run could start soon especially if Bitcoin pumps again. But nothing’s guaranteed in crypto, as we know it’s super unpredictable. Best to stay patient, do research & not go all in hoping for quick gains.

Nobody is sure of a rally coming up because the condition of the market makes it to remain in a speculative view of point and not on facts and certainty of what the market is actually moving on. You will only get personal opinions of users about it, but you just have to also follow your mind and what you feel about the market. Some still are optimistic of a rally coming up why a lot others are also of the opinion that even if it may happen, it won’t be felt that much in the market by most altcoins. So risking what you can afford to lose is the best in this scenario.

It is good you know about exit liquidity, so you need to be very careful when banking on those altcoins for investment. Since this is a new token and you’re already foreseeing it being used for exit liquidity by big players, then you don’t need to wait for any rally upcoming in the crypto market. This is just a case of pump and dump token and you’ll likely benefit from it, or lose from it, nothing is certain about it just my own view from how you’re foreseeing the coin’s future.

I think that 5x on an altcoin isn't really viable anymore.
Nobody is rotating big money to the altcoin, the market isn't trickling down anymore. All the money goes to ETH right now even solana is having a bad time.

It's more realistic for 2x or 3x like what ETH did, more than that I have doubt. After all most of alts are still not moving at all right now.

Lets see, ive had a few of my altcoins pump 10x at least in the last 18 months, so i dont think expecting a 5-10x during altseason is that wild.
