My opinion is that many develop countries (or, as you said: third-world countries) are still stuck in a structural cycle and breaking this requires much more than a wealth of natural resources or "economic luck" (you can't gamble with a country's economy like you do in a gambling game ).

For a country to grow, I think the main thing is have solid institutions and a good governance, but as you said... corruption is truly the main obstacle to sustainble growth on any country. After that comes international recognition and foreign investment... with long-term planning its possible, but like South Korea and Singapore, its take perseverance and sometimes an authoritarian start.

You mentioned natural resources... there are countries with large oil or mineral reserves, but their problem is a lack of economic diversification. When they depend of a single sector, they become very vulnerable to external shocks... they have to create a value chain exporting more than just raw materials, like China did.

And about my country, Brazil... nothing to declare!

Some have natural advantage that gives them time and resources to build up their country and diversify those services. Sometimes this does not happen at all, and at other times it is successful. Africa is a good example. Plenty of resources and many countries are barely making advances due to rampant corruption and failure to focus on long-term outlook. Many humans are very undeveloped mentally. They would rather have a brand new Dacia today than 1 000 000 porches in 15 years. That's how stupid they are.

Africa as a continent would have become rich if they explore their mineral resources by themselves and export it to other countries instead of foreign countries exploiting it for them and selling it back to them. Let's take Burkina Faso as a case study, there gold was mined for many years by France and where been paid annually with less amount compeard to the profit they make. But since the current president Ibrahim traore led administration started to mine gold by themselves, they where able to make  x20 profit in less than 3 months  compeard to there annual profit. and of course such money will be used to develop the country. Now factory is currently being built with such profit and this will bring more civilization to the country and will attract foreign investors. So poor countries where able to be more productive instead of consumptive.

Thus, much of the profits generated by these industries are drawn back to the developed countries, while the burden of industrialization's impacts is shifted to the developing countries where the industrialization takes place.

Developed countries indeed create a trap that keeps developing countries dependent on them, creating a debt trap. As owners of the system and always the driving force for development in developing countries, the owners of money always benefit because they can provide not only capital but also technology and expertise.

All of the above further slows and hinders a country's progress when the government's regime is pro-capitalist and lacks a disruptive mentality. Although China has not yet been able to unseat the United States, it has at least succeeded in displacing America as the king or dominant force in world trade. China has openly and boldly opposed the dollar's dominance and dedollarization campaign. So, whatever the circumstances, a leader with strong character and capability can make significant changes in a country.

the ability to make strong decision is what differentiate an economy that is able to come out of decay into something that is better to the extent that it becomes one of the strongest economy of the world like the case of china. most countries that are able to do these are the ones that looks within and stop any form of dependent on external help which is one limiting thing that always causes nations to remain stagnated in the growth of her economy.

Most poor and underdeveloped countries have bad leaders, people who don't have any business being in leadership positions as long as they manipulate the system to continue being in power and having their like-minded in power their country will continue to be worse off. Most of these countries recycle leaders, same old thieves who are very corrupt will always find themselves in sensitive leadership positions to continue impoverishing their countries. We have a lot of such leaders in Africa, they won't leave power unless they are chased out of it. These countries have great minds that can change their economies for the better but corrupt kingmakers will never allow them to be leaders.

More than half of the income that we get from the exportation of raw material is stolen by government officials. China became developed through industrialisation, while Saudi Arabia offers a good standard of living to its citizens through the exportation of raw materials. Every country does not need to be industrialised to be developed. My country has enough natural resources that make it developed. But corruption has hindered our progress. We could become one of the fastest in four years if we have prudent leaders.

The first stage is education. We can see how important this element is. Take Japan, for example, which was devastated by atomic bombs in World War II. They were devastated and destroyed, but they gathered teachers from all over the country and focused on education and improving the skills and knowledge of their citizens. Ultimately, they revolutionized their country for the better and became a manufacturing nation that could compete and become a developed country. Then there is China, which took a similar approach. Their primary focus was on education, followed by establishing a legal framework that applied equally to both the poor and the wealthy, while instilling a strong sense of nationalism. This enabled them to work together to elevate their nation to the ranks of developed countries. 

When a group possesses a high level of knowledge, they are more likely to innovate and increase productivity. As a result, they have a higher competitive edge and are better equipped to compete in the global marketplace.

This is difficult because a country might be lacking in natural and human resources and eventually come to a poverty situation that they cannot escape from. Eventually they will survive with the help from the next door neighbor countries.

Life is tough in such a country and is moving out is an option then that seems to be a good option indeed.

Correct. To eradicate poverty in a country, the most logical thing is to eradicate corruption. Many developed countries have been able to overcome poverty by imposing severe penalties for corruption, as corruption costs the country significant amounts of money. Money that could otherwise be allocated to education, food security, and so on.

Because poverty is sometimes not caused by laziness; many people have worked very hard but remain poor. The primary problem of poverty is the state of the country itself, with many government officials committing corruption. China are core agricultural people, they afr farmers that were never relentless to export anything other world need. They are also naturally ready to learn people, the government invested in many of their people to go outside and explore how things were going well for other people, they develop those ideas and put it into writing in their own native language and spread that language, they were ready to be far ahead of any other countries, this is how they were able to replicate anything they see but some underdeveloped countries that were supposed to learn from them but from them and still call their product substandard goods.

After embarrassing all this ideas, they were smart enough to go to other countries some of the other western countries doesn't like to associate with particularly Africa, they did all they could to embrace them, gave them loan in return to explore their natural resources. The reason why China isn't always talk about stealing from Africa till date is because they don't just take from people, they give and in return you give them something and they don't take everything, unlike some other countries that think the world revolve around them. If you want to be developed, you have to think like China.

Corruption is just like a parasite, and in a country that is suffering from corruption, nothing good can come from that country. Corruption affects everything that will help a country move forward. As far as I know, Africa has the largest reserves of gold and diamonds in the world and the production from here is much higher than almost any other place in the world. Why is there poverty in Africa?
The simple answer is colonial rule. Although African countries are independent, but they are still working as a non-colonial area where people in the governments of the countries are helping the country's wealth to spread abroad by resorting to corruption. The simple thing here is that if they were not involved in corruption, African countries would not have gone through so much poverty.
