I thought BC game has a dedicated platform for USA players.

With some checking, they "seem" to do via a subdomain:

But while scrolling, this appears

Used to, through bcgame[dot]US, a social gambling platform [US has this unique of kinds of gambling, I guess]. They no longer cater for US residents through the [dot]US, though. That's the first thing I inquired to my contact, as we've managed to get things resolved by having the US resident to create account on the [dot]US and then my contact will "transfer" the entire account to their US counterpart.

3. Given the amount of money and my debt, I will go to any length to provide what they need and do this right if there is a path.

I did look into the US domain upon realizing what happened to see if I could transfer my account maybe bc a user suggested that, but the link the other user posted seemed like it was scammy when I went on. Primarily been using stake.

I am quite close to the bottom of your case and the frayed ends are [so to speak] mostly neatly knitted, just need to be sure I am on the same page with my contact [of whom quite possibly already asleep, but hopefully just AFK, but if they do already asleep, then we'll continue our talk tomorrow], and your posts don't help. Interesting. I think I also knew that they had bcgame[dot]us domain. I checked the domain while I was writing my previous post, but I was unable to access the domain. So, I thought I was wrong to assume they had a dedicated platform for the US players. I am curious what happened to the US players if the BC game closed their US website. Of course, these players would try to use their global website.

We are already blaming OP for using a website that doesn't allow players from his country. We know he violated the rules. But considering the amount and BC game used to have a dedicated platform for US players, I hope they will show some goodwill and honor him somehow.

In the US they now call it social gambling. It’s just a way to skirt the law since nothing really changes. Stake.us and Betcoin.social are two examples. Most social crypto casinos in the US no longer take sports betting, just casino and poker, but there are social sites in the US taking sports betting.

I see. Let me relay this to BC.

My contact asked me to ask you that, because their risk department inquired for it due to a belief that uhh... there is a possible situation with the previous KYC and we hoped a re-KYC will solve or at least clarify it. I'll ask around for what the result said.

Ok uhh, heard back from BC.

So, the reason why they ask me to ask you for re-KYC was the first one seemed [the risk team believe] to be alterred. Hence they ask you for second KYC, in hope that you'll submit the real document and they can proceed on returning everything and lock the account, I simultaneously had other case "behind the screen" [namely the player PMed me] with similar nature, of accessing from restricted territory, which ended with the player got their entire fund back.

Yours, unfortunately, after two failed attempt of which risk and KYC department in agreement that the document is being altered, can not meet the same ending. As a result, they'll only refund your initial deposit. If you're agree?

Sorry that I'm a bit late to return to the forum, got stuck in RL meeting. I've arrange several things through my phone during my entire day and in between things, though.

It should be already done, through a balance credited to your account that's withdrawable. You should've regained temporary access to your account to withdraw. Mind to check?

The amount will be as I previously mentioned, 2691.43, as I inquired to them about the withdrawal --the 410 difference-- and safe to say there was indeed a prior withdrawal with that amount.
