Holydarkness, is it possible to do this today at some point? I am traveling for work tomorrow so can’t guarantee my response time or ability to withdraw if it’s a short window.

It should be already done, through a balance credited to your account that's withdrawable. You should've regained temporary access to your account to withdraw. Mind to check?

The amount will be as I previously mentioned, 2691.43, as I inquired to them about the withdrawal --the 410 difference-- and safe to say there was indeed a prior withdrawal with that amount.

The entire withdraw page is still locked and only shows my pre existing balances. (the 400k and random other amounts from bonuses)

It's fine. Me and imgur works well. I've got the image and will relay this situation to my contact. On the worst scenario, they'll already asleep and will only read my message in the morning. For how many days do you travel tomorrow? I guess I can arrange them to delay the temporary-access until you're home from your work travel and have time at hand to access your account.

I'm still around for about two or three more hours, and routine tell me that that contact [if still awake by this hour] will already be in bed in about one to one and a half hours top. So, I'll still be around when they nudged me [suppose they're still awake] and I'll be in bed far longer after them.

Just to be safe though, suppose close to when I go offline and I am yet to hear from them, I'll write to them to delay the the temporary access for a day and get it processed by Friday? If that's ok?

Noted. Then I'll proceed with the process of regaining you temporary access like normal and will not ask for delays. There is a likelihood that my contact is already asleep by now and they'll only be able to arrange [or check why the process of refund hasn't been initiated] when morning come in their timezone, and when things are settled, you're already home.

Just to be safe though, I'll make sure to ask them to keep it open for 48 hours.

Hello, bumping this thread as OP seemed to doesn't bother to update the thread himself. I inquired to my contact today about whether or not OP managed to retrieve the fund within the 24H window, they said that the fund is already withdrawn and with that I believe the case can be marked as resolved.

OP, if it not like that and you were unable to get to your fund and it's still uncredited, please inform us soonest possible. I'll mark this one as resolved on my next update [hopefully this weekend, if RL matters doesn't steal much of my time].
