In the USA, you have a man-to-man case against anybody who harms you or who acts unlawfully in your presence. In the USA, there is a big difference between legal law and common law of the people. Common law of the people is over legal law. But you gotta live through it.

Looks like we are back to times like the 1776 Revolution. We had a bit of peace for the last several decades. Know why? Because the BIG BUSINESS movers and shakers wanted peace so they could screw us. It's our waking up that is moving them to use government against us.

Do 3 things:
1. Understand that you are a woman, but not a legal person;
2. Find the info that describes this, and teach others;
3. Start small, in local county courts, where the judges are usually a bit more honest, and so it will be easier to set proper precedent.

I don't think the revolution was finished in 1776. The idea of rights endowed by a creator which no governing body should infringe upon, radically challenged the power structure.
The expansion of those rights to literally include all humans has not been bloodless and is in not yet fully realized.
"None are free until all are free" <----that is lasting liberty.
France's revolution seemed more clear cut while we Americans took until 1920 just for women to vote, the 60's to desegregate and the 70's when women could legally own property and get a credit card on their own.

1976 was Buckley v. Valeo 2010 Citizens United and now American citizens have less say regarding the laws of our land than corporate entities who contribute less than 15% to our tax rolls.
Corruption to profit a few requires division, scapegoating, and sleepy people who are willing to go along.
And maybe some people will experience a semblance of stability in their lifetime.
Our government is violating our constitution daily but making it look like those who oppose it are the violent ones <--text book

I won't be participating in any armed mobs but it hasn't escaped me that I may not survive a peaceful protest.
I posted this because the news didn't start reporting until after the riots in LA. converged with peaceful demonstrations.
Those riots were in direct response to the masked agents doing what the whole country can now see.
Anyone can google a verified act of masked violence a day since January.
If there are Americans who think these tactics are congruent with liberty? Then I  don't even know how to conversate with them.

In my country, I dont belong to any political party, because those parties are just a name. The winner later becomes what they kick against and vice versa.

I can only speak for my country when I say that we were given a blue-print for how to govern a free people.
We don't live up to those ideals from the founding but have been striving for a couple hundred years.

A lot to time and effort goes into teaching us how to be divided. A LOT
We learn narratives about our histories in school.
Instead of questioning and learning how to think critically about past mistakes we defend the narrative that has become our identity.

If you have concern about algo shaping your mind then read books or learn to build something from scratch.

My country is representative democracy, democratic republic...."if we can keep it".
Our leaders get their power from the consent of the governed. almost 40% of voting aged people are ok with what is happening BUT High Schools are starting to have walk outs after ICE agents started going into schools. So maybe there is hope for our next generations and all of us old people either put our bodies on the line or GTF out of their way.

If this would walk up to me, i would not be happy. This does look very intimidating and after seeing a lot of videos online about how they deal with people.
I do get it, its time to get rid of illegal immigrants. But there should be a different approach then this. Innocent USA citizen are victims aswell in this case

Who will come save the people of America now??
Perhaps, it is time to call on the "Prime Minister" of Iran to interfere and save the American citizens from the harsh treatments of ICE towards them. This is a direct aggression on their human rights. How is this treatment from Ice different from the actions they condemn from iran. Not supporting wrong immigration but how is these violence I see not the same with what they condem from the Iranian government. I keep asking.

I condemn state violence against people everywhere. Trump was performing "lip service". --> I see the bloody enforcement against the Iranian people in streams. The absolute demolition of Palestine while they've been planning to rebuild it for profit for years.
I don't often watch broadcast news so how those things are being portrayed isn't something I have a good grasp on.

I have a sense that people are waking up all around the world into the understanding that we must reclaim our dignity/sovereignty and the only way to accomplish that in any lasting and meaningful way will require global solidarity movements ---> but so far I'm in the minority on that :-/ 
What is happening on American streets isn't going to be able to be hidden for much longer.
In our country peaceful assembly is a protected right under our 1st amendment. The 2nd is the right to bear arms and they shot a man (Alex Pretti) who wasn't even brandishing and then tried some Orwellian 1984 bullshit by creating a narrative about what happened...despite what has been documented and streamed from multiple angles.

Our Constitutional Amendments can be read in under 30 minuets but they were not always applied to all people equally . This is new information to some Americans and there is another group that doesn't seem to care and a 1% wealthy elite who exploit ignorance.

Honestly: it shouldn't be this hard to be a human on a rich abundant earth. Fuck the fascists and the bootlickers simping for them ;-)

The problem at the end of the day is, if they can mess with so-called illegals and immigrants, what is to keep them from messing with you? They have guns, so you don't generally want a confrontation with them. Besides, you are a peaceful man or woman. So, how do you protect yourself from them when they do wrong against you?

You do it in court. And you win by filing a case against the men and women who are the ICE agents who harmed you, even if they only wasted your time. If you can't find out who they were, go up the ladder to their boss for not giving you the identifications, or for ordering the agents to be too indiscriminate.

But there is a way to do it and a way to not do it. File against men and women, not against their Office as ICE agents. After all, their office wouldn't do a thing to you at all if there weren't any men and women activating the office.

If you want success, you must maintain your court status as a man/woman, never a 'person'. While the website is accurate, some areas of it might seem to not be. But they are only that way because we have been trained to not understand.

To back up the above website, consider, 'The Official State “OFFICE OF THE PERSON”'. Becoming a man/woman rather than a person will take a change of mindset. The government doesn't want you to have this mindset, because without it they can control you much easier.

Study those websites. They are the way to stop government tyranny. And hope that bad people never learn that stuff, because we would have a bunch of hardened criminals running around free if they knew it and used it. As it is, most of the hardened criminals operate out of government OFFICES OF THE PERSON.

I get what you're saying. Many of these agents are just performing a duty that they were contracted to perform and are taking instructions as per the command hierarchy. Neither are they the ones that made the immigration policy and many are simply seeking to make their livelihood just like anybody.
Meanwhile power that lacks great limits is dangerous. When this enforcing becomes harassment and fear it is not right. Although the job might be needed its manner of execution is important. This is because oversight clear guidelines and use of force are necessary to ensure innocent individuals are not entangled in the mess. It is not wrong to agree with their stance and also to challenge the system they are working under.
