If you really need people to sign up to your investment then make it official by creating a signature campaign and whoever interested to sign by seeing the sign up can do that. When someone signed up what will he do there? You have to tell the forum more about your service. You can create announcement thread in the service board.

I do not think OP will make deposit if you register an account without making deposit, OP thinks he can get to the community to making them make deposit so they can withdraw the free scam but the community is now wise and would discard information as this to not get scammed. Aside this, any investment that promises you such a return is likely a ponzi scam which the scammers are  just waiting to run away with investors funds. This is more of a scam than one could imagine, thread cautiously and do not loose guard.

I totally get your point, I would feel the same why but now I have clarified the platform and more information in the prior post I hope it makes it more clear.
Also it isnt based on the amount the investor deposits is how much I get paid, I am trying to become a trader on the platform that individuals can copy but need to get clients on board first so willing to pay to do it.

Also, regarding the long sleep haha, I don't use forums no more last time I used it was around the last time I accessed the account, found this old account and thought its better to do on this rather make a new one. I get your concern but honestly Im using forums again just to get sign ups.
