Portugal was very good in the previous match; they defended really well, and I thought they were a strong team. Tonight, they couldn't do anything against Türkiye. Türkiye quickly dominated the match and fielded a lineup that allowed them to rest their players.
It was a great match for Türkiye, both for the players to rest and for the bench players to gain confidence. We watched a match with a score difference of over 40 points. In the end, Türkiye finished with 95 points, and Portugal with 54

We're happy to have achieved one of the biggest wins of the EuroBasket tournament. However, it was a very disappointing match for Portugal, as their confidence was shaken. I wouldn't want to play against such a team. Turkey rested key players in the final two periods. Players like Alperen Şengün, Cedi Osman, and Shane Larkin were benched for the next match to avoid injury. I think it's a very logical move, as in a match where the other team is angry, they're more likely to injure your players.

That's true, basketball is a team sport. France shows that it can cover its weakness on the frontline, but with stronger teams things will be different. By the way, Francisco's move at the end of the game destroyed his fantastic performance in this game. A truly unnecessary action.

Loss of Bogdanovic hurts Serbia a lot. They have very talented roster, but loosing one of key players makes negative impact for them as main contenders. Now I don't really knowwhat's wrong with Vasa Micic. Heshould be one main players, but he gets little time to play and doesn't shows anything impressive.

I feel exactly the same way: they can't win the championship without Bogdanovic. They might even lose their group matches. It's a welcome injury for Türkiye; one of the tournament's most ambitious teams is now without their second-most important player. Perhaps this is truly good news for Türkiye on its quest for the championship.

I hope he recovers soon. Bogdanovic is a player I like and respect very much. I wish him well

Yeah our German team is on a roll at the moment. 3rd win in a row, 3rd win by 19 or (mostly) more points and 3rd game of scoring at least 105 points. That's actually crazy. So many points in 40 minute games says a lot. Still we have problems on defense sometimes cause our teams occasionally is slacking a little bit. Against teams like Serbia for example we can't have that happen. But yeah, the start is more than promising and I have high hopes for the for the rest of the group games and the start of the KO stage.

Until now, Germany hasn't played against a similar caliber/strength team. No offence to the fans of those teams, but I really doubt that there was anyone who believed that Montenegro, Sweden, or even Lithuania could win them. Germany's offence looks on fire, but as you said, their defence needs more consistency.

Serbia, without captain Bogdan Bogdanovic, defeated Latvia. The brilliant Jokic, with 39 points, carried Serbia to the finish. I was very pleasantly surprised by Latvia, which, with Bertans and Porzingis, put up a great fight against Serbia. This will be a very good championship when we see games like this with such battles.

Honestly, I didn't expect such a fight from Latvia, and they probably would have won the game if Serbia hadn't had the "Joker". Greece wins easily against Cyprus without Giannis, France beats Slovenia in a very tight and controversial game, and Estonia demolishes Czechia while Sweden takes the win against GB as it was expected. Now I'm waiting to see Markkanen (once again) making a flying game!

As we all witnessed, there is no such thing as a sure win for none of the teams. Serbia almost lost to Latvia and skipped the surprise, but that doesn't happen for France and now, they have issues. Of course, they can reverse the situation; however, it won't be as easy as they might think or wish.

From what I saw until now, the favorites remain Serbia and Germany, and will probably see Turkey or Greece in the semi-finals. France has a serious issue in their frontline and against these teams, they will feel it.

Undoubtedly, today's biggest match is between Finland and Lithuania; the odds are pretty good and, to be honest, a bit awkward. The win of Finland is x2.27-x2.33, while the win of Lithuania is x1.5-x1.65. A bit strange since Finland has a 3/3 wins while Lithuania has 2/3. I don't know why and how, but honestly, I will take it and bet on the win of Finland without any hesitation and without any spread.

The performances of some teams in the tournament are truly remarkable. Portugal, for example, played a very strong defense against Serbia and put up a great fight. Everyone saw how hard they pushed Serbia. A day later, against Türkiye, they couldn't do anything, and we witnessed one of the most dramatic results in Eurobasket history, losing by nearly 50 points.

Some teams are surprising us this year and will continue to do so. I think Germany appears to be the new favorite, and Serbia and Slovenia's chances seem to be starting to fade

The destruction of the competition continues for my beloved German team. I mean sure, the quality of some teams is questionable to say the least, but beating the UK by 63 (!!) points really is a statement. 120 points in 40 minutes is actually crazy. I said to my friend before the game, everything under 30 points difference would be a disappointment. Well, guess I am happy now!

Having won against Estonia today, we'll be battling Serbia for the top spot on Wednesday. Turkey is unbeaten in this tournament so far. But truth be told, Serbia is the favorite. That's why I have high odds that Serbia will win and we'll finish second. My only hope is that Serbia plays poorly, like they did against Latvia. If that happens, we might have a chance. But Serbia has some very high-quality players. That's the scary part.

What matters is getting good results in the next rounds. Serbia is already the favorite of the tournament and Türkiye has shown that they have a very good squad and what they can achieve. Alperen Şengün and Nikola Jokic are playing like they're in the NBA, they never slow down. They're giving it their all on the court.
