Hello Bitcointalk community,

A friend suggested I create a scam report here as a last resort. I’ve submitted everything Stake.com has ever requested for verification, but they still refuse to let me withdraw my funds.

I’ve been a player at Stake.com for 4 years.
Stake username: DaniChrois

Currently, I have a balance of $700,000+ on my account, which I have been trying to withdraw. All withdrawal requests have been rejected without a clear reason.

I was asked to complete KYC, and I successfully passed Levels 1–3. However, they rejected the final stage (Level 4 – Proof of Funds).

Here’s what happened:

I submitted my bank statements. They rejected them and asked me to provide paychecks stamped and signed by my employer.

I complied and provided the requested documents.

Now, they have rejected the KYC again with the message:

"Your verification requires attention. The validity of the document you submitted is under suspicion. Please submit another document."

"From what we can check, the documents you have sent can't be accepted for the verification process. Please provide some other document for level 4 verification in order to proceed."

This makes no sense — why would they request stamped and signed paychecks if they never intended to accept them?

They rejected the final stage after 48 hours of me submitting various documents that they requested.

They asked me to reach out through email which I did 5 days ago, but I'm getting no replies at all

I am fully willing to provide any documents required, yet Stake keeps denying my submissions without giving a valid explanation.

At this point, it feels like they are intentionally preventing me from accessing my funds.

Dear DaniChrois,

I have professional experience as a lawyer in a similar case involving the recovery of funds from Stake casino. For a 10% commission, I can act as an intermediary to negotiate the payment owed to you. I also retain the contact information of one of the co-owners from that time.

If you are interested, DM me, confirm your country of residence so that I can evaluate and proceed accordingly.

Damn, 700k is a lot. Just looked up your username and you are "only" platinum 5. I write "only" because someone having 700k in their account normally would be diamond or higher. Platinum 5 only requires a wager for min 5 million, which with such a bankroll is easy to manage.
Just to understand this situation a bit better, how did you manage to win this amount of money, sports or the casino? They often look deeper into accounts when the winnings are coming from sports events.

The whole requesting more documents of course is annoying and also kind of ridiculous, personally I would go crazy.

About getting help, I don't think you will get the best help in here tbh, ths stake rep doesn't really do anything here so it's better to bring this case to askgamblers or casinoguru. Accusations against stake very seldom find a resolution in here unfortunately.

You aren't the first user to face this problem even after submitting the documents which Stake has requested. I know the situation is very frustrating, but nothing can be done except submitting the documents again which they will ask. A lot of users were able to pass the verification by uploading the requested documents several times.

Unfortunately, you won't get any help from here. And don't fall in the trap of those people who are trying to help you here by sending a personal message. As 'AHOYBRAUSE' has suggested above, submit a complaint on Askgamblers. You will get help there with the involvement of both Stake and Askgamblers representatives.

did you ended up withdrawal?
