Greed leads people to destruction. I will lose myself if I gamble every day because it's not just for me, the reason to go out of my own lane is by daily gambling, all rules will be broken that's for sure, if you want to be addicted to gambling faster you can try daily gambling.

I prefer gambling two times in a week and that's because I make money every week and I will remove two percent of my weekly income to gamble, if I lost it all in a go or half on Tuesday and the other half of Saturday then I will have to wait till the next week.

Yes, and I will tell you one thing, when your goal is to chase wins, the result will actually be the opposite, meaning you will slowly lose money instead of winning, because the scenario is definitely like this: you win and you definitely expect a much bigger win and at that time you continue playing and eventually your luck runs out and you lose everything, the reason is that it is rare for an addicted gambler to be able to withdraw their winnings because they will definitely continue to want a larger amount with the reason to recoup their losses from some time ago. Based on my capital I think whenever I bet or stake with let's say 2% of my bankroll I'm expecting to get a returns 5x my initial money being staked but sometimes I'm forced to let go cause it end up getting my game cut especially for sport betting, so initially I don't regret using that amount to gamble knowing well that my chances of getting a win is limited but let's say 2x win is okay for me in a day.

This is not how gambling should work. We humans needs and want is insatiable, we dont need to set a limit to how much is enough for us in a day because it is not a means of making a living. Imagine a case where you do not meet up that amount in a day, you will keep on gambling to meet up that target whether you are currently on profit or not. You have a point, setting a target in gambling is very dangerous because It's not a profession or a source of income. Depending on the starting bankroll on my gambling session, if my starting bankroll is small (few tens dollar) then I can say winning like $100-$200 will be enough to make me stop.
If my starting bankroll is big enough (more than $100), I will stop once I win $300-$500 but of course this number is still flexible as we cant limit our winning because we may win something more than our winning target.
Our feeling based on the latest situation while gambling may also affect this thing, sometime our feeling tell us to stop or tell us to continue on specific moment.

The amount that is enough for me in a day gambling depends on how much money I earn in a win, and since I don't earn money daily I have managed to draft out a small percentage of my weekly income and some week I use about 10% of my capital in gambling and my loss limit is 5% from my income and I call it a day from gambling. In my case, the matter is differ by the time, because many times I make some wagers in the hope of getting the jackpot. Although I have not got anything lucky so far, even then I sometimes participate in jackpot events using a very small amount, on that time my expectation is high, but as usual, on normal days, my expectation is very limited. I don't gamble every day. One or two days a week, but that's definitely in my free time. Most of the time I gamble once a week and either lose all my money in one day or stop after a while. Having that enough or limit for a day does sound very basic to mention or to day but it would be the hardest thing to be done on which considering that it will be testing out your emotions and with your discipline in towards your spending. Usually the main reason on why we are that still trying out to go with gambling is that we've been that hoping that we should be able to recover on what we have lost on which basically this do really make the situation gotten more worst. If you arent that good enough when it comes to self control and moderation then you would be finding yourself to be problematic. This is very tricky question, but I will say that I don't put a figure or percentage on what I plan  to win in a a day, although  I don't gamble everyday. The reason I don't set a target on what I want to win is because you might end up losing more than what you intend to lose if you are not careful.
I think this is logical to me and it helps me to control how I gamble. Although I have a certain percentage of money that I set aside for gambling every month and I try not to exceed it, that does not mean that I don't exceed it sometime, but not setting a figure or percentage on what I plan to win helps me to control my gambling habit.

It's really too difficult for a person to stop betting for the whole day and walk from the casino after winning a single bet. This is the real discipline when you are winning: to stop for that day. The answers to this question have always been the same. Gamblers have different affinities for gambling, which is why it has always been low, medium and high wagering appetite depending on many factors such as the gambler's income, desperation/recklessness, goal, discipline etc. Above all, it's better for gamblers to keep it low or moderate, and most importantly work on their managerial skills which keep their account safe and their trading style responsible.

I don't see myself having a bankroll of $100 and wagering higher than $5 per bet.
