I second this motion on banning bbn. BBN only benefits people that wants the fame or get limelight.
That program doesn't bring good teaching to the society. Especially when parents or elders lets their children partake in the viewing of this program. Children get to see and learn things they aren't suppose to learn.
Also waist of time and resources. The time one is supposed to use to do something meaningful their attention is on the show.

I don’t like BBNaija either, but that doesn’t mean it should be eradicated. My suggestion is that it should not be banned, but rather restricted to certain viewers. Anyone who wishes to add BBNaija to their DStv or GOtv package should be required to pay extra, or even double the amount for the channel, to discourage casual or unrestricted viewing.

Why it should not be banned is because it create job opportunities. Besides the people directly involved, there are others who supply food and beverages, engineers, analysts, and more. The program also generates revenue for the government.

In my opinion, BBNaija should not be banned, but it should be regulated. Sexual content should not be disclosed freely. There should be certain criteria for viewers, and clear guidelines for selecting participants.

Additionally, there should be designated periods for moral and educational segments within the program, such as lessons on cooking, respecting elders, communication skills, and practical skills like fixing things.

This is my view: instead of banning BBNaija, it should be properly regulated and structured.

This year season I didn't watch much  because of how busy I was but however I usually see how people were posting about it concerning the things they were displaying, I new that government might do something about it because this season were to row about on everything they were doing and unlike other season parents normally allow there children to watch at times but this time even the parents find it difficult to put in there TV for it, except the big brother 9ja has some good connection if not they might short down there business because they are not teaching anything.

I will say that the government should ban BBN because sex content is too much and it's not a good development for the People (mostly kids) and the society.if you say they should restrict it from certain streaming providers and you do make mention of GOtv,  DStv and the rest, remember that it can be streamed also  online. I know some people are there for fame, the fun but  the show isn't good especially for younger viewers.

Concerning the BBN saga, I personally wanted and prayed for something like this but not really a ban. The Federal Government should remember that the BBN program helps to generate revenue for the country through the entertainment sector of the economy. But if there's so much need to work on the program, then it should be restricted to certain viewers.
Totally eradicating that program will affect a lot because the program is one that patronizes the production section. And perhaps, it is a reality show which means it's just a human being thing so it's not really something focused on immorality but also shows how we can always come together and even love together irrespective of our culture and social diversities as Nigerians.
