I'd be happy to read it. Frankly, the success of P2P cryptocurrency is easier if transactions can be conducted from a central pool managed by the service (With the possibility of choosing other pools to ensure a kind of decentralization).
In general, liquidity and trust are key to the success of such services.
Unlike automated exchanges (such as the now-defunct eXch), which require substantial liquidity to operate smoothly, our team doesn't currently maintain such liquidity reserves. Instead, we decided to build a P2P platform, where users exchange cryptocurrency directly with each other. This approach removes the need for a centralized liquidity pool and ensures that swaps are made peer-to-peer, backed by escrow mechanics for fairness and security.

Hello Bridgoro Team,*

I just discovered your project and I'm very interested in the concept behind Bridgoro Exchange. The idea of rewarding users for beta testing is a smart move to build an engaged community while improving the platform.

Here are a few quick thoughts and questions:

1. Will the rewards be distributed immediately after the beta ends or in phases?
2. Are users from all regions eligible, or are there any restrictions?
3. I’d love to know more about the unique features Bridgoro offers compared to existing exchanges.

Wishing the project all the best. Looking forward to testing and contributing!

Best regards,

Yes, but you can't reach 2 before 1.

1) users wouldn't use a platform with low liquidity and a few hours' delay to exchange BTC-->USDT, while there are multiple alternatives, especially since we're talking about P2P crypto, not P2P crypto --> cash/local currency.

Therefore, in the first phase, as long as there aren't enough users, use the available liquidity to create a central pool and spend heavily on advertising. At a later stage, the primary trading could be from users, and the central pool could be used as an emergency option.

Yes, this solved the problem and I was finally able to login to my account.
But registering new accounts with same email address should not be allowed in future, this could be a big security issue for Bridgoro.
I will continue testing exchange to see how everything works and I will post my feedback later, after I get some testnet wallets for other coins.
This wasn't a new account issue.
Your first registration attempt was interrupted and not recorded in the system, which is why you received the "User not assigned" message.
When you retried, the registration was completed correctly, and your account was properly recorded in the system.
Now that your account is fully registered and recorded in the system so you can't create a new account using this same email.

Initially signed up with private email, it doesn't seem to work. So changed the email to some other provider to make it working.
Overall the website is designed keeping in mind the user experience. The light/dark mode brings affection to the design. Time allotted for the completion of the cryptoassets trade is reasonable. Since, the value is realised in USD, expecting USD pairs in the next versions.

Hi,
We are glad to hear our project interests you!

Here are answers to your questions:
1. Rewards will be distributed within 2 days after the end of the Beta Test.
2. Participation is open only to Bitcointalk forum members whose accounts were created no later than July 31, 2025.
3. You can find details about Bridgoro on our ANN post, the homepage, and in our GitBook docs. Full details about Beta Test participation are available on the [BOUNTY] page.

If you are still interested, please don't delay, the Beta Test ends soon.

Yes, but you can't reach 2 before 1.
1) users wouldn't use a platform with low liquidity and a few hours' delay to exchange BTC-->USDT, while there are multiple alternatives, especially since we're talking about P2P crypto, not P2P crypto --> cash/local currency.

Thank you for your suggestions.
As we mentioned earlier, after release, we will create as many exchange offers as possible using our own liquidity (around $15k–$20k).

FYI:
1. At the moment, we don't yet support stablecoins (USDT/USDC) in exchange pairs. They will be added later after the release of Bridgoro.
2. Exchanges don't take hours to complete. Typically, ETH, TRX, and SOL exchange transactions take just a few minutes, while BTC and XMR may take a bit longer due to their blockchain architecture.
3. As for marketing, it's definitely on our priority list, but only after release. Right now, our main focus is on bug fixing and testing with our core community.

It's interesting that private emails don't work during registration. We will definitely check this.
Status: [Added to backlog]

As for stablecoins, they will be added after the release of Bridgoro (Roadmap).

Please keep in mind that only Level 3 accounts and higher will be able to participate in voting.
This is to prevent spam voting from newly created accounts and ensure that only real, active Bridgoro users have a voice in the decision-making process.
That's even better because spammers could create many lvl 0 accounts as they only had to make some mails but what are the criteria for the lvl 3, like in my profile I can see the I am at level 1 now and the tasks I have completed but I don't see how many tasks or requirements I have to fill to be at level 3. I searched everywhere but did not find any information on that.

Don't worry, we aren't looking for any general sponsorships, as we want to stay fully independent in all aspects.
In the future, we may consider something like marketing sponsorships or integrations, but it's too early to focus on that now. At this stage, our main priority is building a community.
We also understand how projects succeed: the community's voice is important. That's why all ideas will be discussed with our active users (high-level accounts on Bridgoro).
And if we don't come up with a sustainable monetization model, then of course, the service fee will be applied to every trade.
That's a good plan, and your views about the project's long term plan show it is not going anywhere soon like any other project because if a community is actively participating and attached to the project and to the team and likes their response because the first expression is the last expression, they will eventually start loving it and using it for their day to day tasks of P2P exchanges.

We already have a solution, thanks to one of the Bitcointalk members (LoyceV).
We will be making small exchange offers fee-free. The exact threshold for what counts as a "small amount" will be decided once we complete our research and calculations on Dust Transactions and Dead Wallet Amounts.
That's sound like a very practical solution glad to see LoyceV's input has been integrated. And making small exchanges fee free will prevent us from this problem and also increase the usage of this service as well because it will be free but those who wants to exchange bigger amounts like $100 and after knowing the fee free offer for small exchanges they can abuse it and it will be a lose to the project. Is there any solution for them?

And is this will be dynamically adjusted with the mempool congestion or its set on average like if there will be congestion the threshold will be changed dynamically as this way the system will stay efficient during high fee periods.

This wasn't a new account issue.
I received confirmation code the first time, and that obviously mean that system recognized creation of new account, but there was some issue on your side.
Anyway, I just tried creating another account with the same email address, and this time I am not allowed to do it,that is good.

I just started started creating my first transaction testing with testnet coins on Bridgoro, so I am waiting to see results.
It would be better to have more offers available, but it was simple to use it so far.

Some people will always try to abuse or cheat, that's okay, we are ready for it.

We will be able to answer this question later, once we finish the research and calculations needed to adjust the threshold.

I can't join beta testnet
Do you have any problems joining, or you simply prefer not to?

I received confirmation code the first time, and that obviously mean that system recognized creation of new account, but there was some issue on your side.
Anyway, I just tried creating another account with the same email address, and this time I am not allowed to do it,that is good.
Most likely, during your first registration, the server was being updated, and your account wasn't recorded properly.
Such issues can happen during Beta since we are constantly fixing bugs and updating the server.

I just started started creating my first transaction testing with testnet coins on Bridgoro, so I am waiting to see results.
It would be better to have more offers available, but it was simple to use it so far.
Please keep in mind that during the Beta Test, the number of available offers is limited.
After the release, however, we will create as many exchange offers as possible using our own funds.

That's the spirit but really how will you face them and what are the things made you say you are ready, as I know there are many ways to stop them like everyone need to open a account and you know what they are doing, can track their activities and follow their pattern if they are making trades in the same token under 10 minutes or an hour, you know what don't tell me, keep the method secret because sharing here will only help them and all I needed to hear that you are ready.

We will be able to answer this question later, once we finish the research and calculations needed to adjust the threshold.

Something went wrong during my testing.
I accepted offer that was available for exchanging my testnet bitcoin to ethereum.
I sent my coins to addresses that was provided, and I am sure coins arrived on their destination because I confirmed it on blockchain explorer.
However, I never received any ethereum on my wallet, and there was some Deposit Timeout message with Canceled status.
I also did not receive my bitcoin back, so I am wondering what happened with my coins, and why exchange was not completed?

It's still quite early to think about potential system abuse.

We've checked that offer and didn't see any incoming transaction to the buffer wallet from your side.
You can verify this yourself by opening the Deposit Timeout deal in the My Deals page and clicking magnifying glass icon (next to the copy button in the address field).
It looks like the status was changed to Deposit Timeout because no funds were received in the buffer wallet.

If you are sure you deposited test BTC, please send us the TXID of your transaction so we can investigate the issue.

I understand community comes first and the adoption. The issue although not big enough to be worried about now because of lesser people and people with some moral won't do this to be honest.

This looks like a good idea because BTC needs something like a DEX. I wonder how you can make it even more DEX. Would be great to link BTC addresses to email addresses. The users can validate there email addresses and that's all. Email confirmations can be sent out when funds are received in BTC addresses. Maybe buyers can cover the fees of the seller or split the fee when they  find and close a deal. For example there's a list of sell offers from verified email addresses attached to paired BTC addresses. Users don't have to sign up only pair email address to Bitcoin address or SOL or whatever is accepted.

Example, BTC for SOL trade agreement. All prices can be linked to the Coinbase API so it's real time. You could split the private keys up to the BTC and SOL address both users get the hash of each other's split of private keys. Create new address to both pairs BTC/SOL and you get half of the private key and the hash of the other half of key. So you send Bitcoin to the address and it's held there untill other user sends SOL to your sol address. Buyer sends SOL to seller address and the key splits are matched and automatically send seller BTC funds to buyers BTC address.  Then reveals other half of SOL keys to seller. Maybe you have to do the split with holding addresses for seller and buyer covers first fee buyer had to pay to send to holding address. I guess it's a split key system I think hal Finney talked about it. I dont know the technical coding language but you maybe able to make that work.

There is no pressure to participate in the Beta Test.
Based on the bug reports we have received, we have decided to launch Beta Test Phase Two, as we need more time to double-check everything and ensure the exchange is safe for users.
As a result, the exchange release will be postponed until October 2025. Phase Two of testing will begin in September, and full details will be shared soon, after we finish distributing rewards to active testers and fixing the current backlog of bugs.

This looks like a good idea because BTC needs something like a DEX. I wonder how you can make it even more DEX. Would be great to link BTC addresses to email addresses. For example there's a list of sell offers from verified email addresses attached to paired BTC addresses. Users don't have to sign up only pair email address to Bitcoin address or SOL or whatever is accepted.
Let me clarify that Bridgoro isn't fully decentralized but semi-decentralized.
The idea of linking a BTC (or any crypto) address to an email would expose the owner, and since many users frequently change wallet addresses for privacy, this would go against our core principle. What we offer on our P2P exchange is maximum privacy where buyers and sellers know nothing about each other beyond the intention to exchange a specific pair.

I guess it's a split key system I think hal Finney talked about it. I dont know the technical coding language but you maybe able to make that work.
As for splitting private keys, this approach has many disadvantages, with the biggest risk being that bad actors could abuse it to scam others.
That's exactly why we designed an escrow mechanism to prevent such scenarios and protect users.

Dear Beta Test participants and Bitcointalk community,
We are planning to launch a second Beta Test on Reddit.
Since we don't have much experience starting or managing threads there, we would really appreciate your advice and guidance on how to do it properly.
Your support has already helped us grow here on Bitcointalk, and we would be glad if you could share tips to make our Reddit launch just as successful.

I can't join beta testnet
What are your reasons for not joining beta testnet?though your reasons are best known to you.Nobody is compelling or forcing any user here to participate in beta testnet, it's your choice and decision.
This is not his first post, he made his first post for the approval and the team granted him with full information few posts above and also mentioned he can join and he have got only few days so it is better to hurry up and he must have read it but it is possible this post is to let the team know he can't join beta testnet reason is not mentioned though but if he can't then that's not like someone is forcing and he is questioning that here, I think he is just informing.
Exactly the point, nobody is forcing anyone to participate in the testnet. There are some things that are better left unsaid.
