You start off from the wrong premise. Unless you are a professional in a skilled game like poker then you are never going to beat the house. A place like Vegas with all its glitz and glamor were made from people losing vast amounts of money to casinos because pretty much every game inside them is stacked against the player. You are not going to get wealthy through gambling unless you own a share of the casino company that is taking money from players. There are no guaranteed wins either, I've seen some pretty low sports bet odds like 1.02x and 1.03x fail multiple times in a row, which takes all your money when you thought you had a guaranteed chance to increase your wallet by just 3%..

I do not agree that we have new gamblers who are more addicted as you have said, the problem of addiction is also a problem faced by old gamblers because some of them have been gambling for so long they cannot imagine themselves not gambling. Some new gamblers stop gambling after some losses because they see that they cannot handle losing money and gambling is turning out not as they expected.

Now to speak directly to the topic of this discussion about the importance of gambling even when you know your winning is not guaranteed, I will say it depends on the purpose for which you are gambling as usual and if you are gambling for fun, it will not matter if a win is guaranteed or not. I have noticed that not chasing losses makes gamblers addicted. However, it often occurs when they are chasing more wins. People are chasing to pay their loans, and they are chasing to win to make themselves happy. They don't care much about their losses, as their focus is to win. Some gamblers claim that they win during their early days in gambling, but after a few days of gambling, it never happens again. That is how it works. I have never seen anyone get rich through gambling. In fact, I have seen many rich people become bankrupt or poor through gambling.

If you ask me if it is possible to get rich easily without gambling, I would say yes. Stop gambling, create a business with your own plan, and become an entrepreneur yourself, and you will see that hundreds of ways to get rich will open up.

Winning on gambling is uncertain and we don't know about what will be the result we get after we played the game.

That's why people should settle up their expectation and don't do anything that can make them became more excessive for thinking that they have huge guarantee to win on the games they are playing or those bets they placed. Although even if I know the chance or we have 50% chance to win and 50% chance to to I still gamble since this is somehow fun activity to participate. So my take on this is, you don’t gamble and expect fixed result, in fact you are gambling on a highly unpredictable and uncertain market, so expect that constant winnings aren’t guaranteed.

No one’s should be forcing us to gamble, or to keep gambling to achieve wealth in the end. Gambling is made for us to be entertained, winning only comes a big bonus if you’re lucky enough.
