I am an American living in Poland who made a Betcoin account in 2021. Because Polish ISPs block the site I had to use a VPN, which Betcoin support not only accepts but encourages. Recently I've had to come back to the US temporarily to renew documents, during which time I made two usdt deposits for 10k each. I lost the first deposit and during this time the manager David acknowledged that he was watching my play closely, in response to inquiries about affiliate and a sports betting limit increase. I turned my second deposit into $40263 betting almost exclusively on mlb moneylines. I requested a 10k withdrawal followed by a 12k withdrawal which were obviously never processed. Betcoin support emailed a KYC link which required the typical documents with selfie verification. I submitted my Polish residency card and Polish bank statement. Betcoin then asked my location, followed by a response that I broke the TOS by playing from USA and will only be getting my 20k deposit back, not my 20263 winnings I won fair & square. The links below contain my email correspondence with them: https://i.imgur.com/D4cSnPw.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/lysKkhs.pngNot only have their responses been incredibly unprofessional but they are filled with blatant, easily disprovable lies. The majority of their playerbase are Americans living in the US, they are only using this TOS as an angleshoot to steal my balance as they deem it big enough to completely ruin their reputation. The manager David was made fully aware from day 1 that I am an American living in Poland and continued to acknowledge my play even after I came back to the US recently, but of course it was only an issue when I started winning. They say that they are refunding my losses but this is an outrageous lie as it would imply I'm actually down, which I'm not as I turned the 20k in deposits into 40263. The outlandish claim of making 20k per hour only destroys their credibility and proves a complete lack of maturity. In addition to this their admission to using my personal information for unrelated use proves absolutely nothing besides how malicious they actually are, gaslighting me by somehow finding a way to play the victim in all of this. Nothing they have stated is factual, in fact they contradict themselves repeatedly. https://i.imgur.com/RFQA8sS.jpegNot only are they aware and ok with Americans in the US playing on their site (until they see big $$$ to steal), but the link above is documented proof that they themselves have given the green light to VPN on their site from a restricted region. They are also guilty of paying players to write good reviews on Casinoguru, a massive violation which will quickly get them delisted. More on that very soon with actual documented proof to be followed up.

I'll try and PM their forum representative, perhaps they can give more info and clarify what's going on. also, would you mind sharing screenshots(if possible) of the conversation you've had with David where he is aware that you are an american living in poland? EDIT: -snip
What the hell, you're fast, I just sent a pm and you already responded to OP. I am not even sure if you've even seen the pm I just sent 😂

As with all players, VPN use is permitted, as long as it is not to violate our terms of service. At no time was he ever told otherwise, and if he was, he would obviously be posting that screenshot, instead of our clear, professional messages to him.
In short, this user deposited $20k. Upon his 1st withdrawal attempt, he was asked for his location and admitted that he was in a prohibited location. We immediately returned his deposits and informed him that if he returns to an accepted region, he is welcome to play. You will notice there is an 's' at the end of that word deposit. That's because we even returned his $10,000 deposit that he lost. Straight up refund for all play.
Best of luck to all and have a great week!

Wow guys, big update here! We initially couldn't find that chat that he posted. And here's why. It wasn't with him. It was with another player he is colluding with, to extort us. And he just happened to leave out the beginning part of that chat.

Everything that has come out of Betcoin's mouth has been a complete lie. I deposited 10k and lost it. I then deposited another 10k and turned into 40263, which is when they "resettled my bets" and manually adjusted my balance to 20k. They did not refund any losses. I am up 20263 from my 20k deposits. They stole the 20263. Wow guys, big update here! We initially couldn't find that chat that he posted. And here's why. It wasn't with him. It was with another player he is colluding with, to extort us. And he just happened to leave out the beginning part of that chat. https://i.ibb.co/Fb0ny00S/osham.jpgOnce again Betcoin just proves they are scammers in every possible meaning of the word. I made one account and used it to bet almost entirely on mlb moneylines. Its not even possible for me to collude against them as they keep attempting to play the victim. This isn't poker. The person who screenshotted this for me knows of Betcoin's scam and believes in standing up for whats right. Clearly you can see that they do allow VPN usage, they just pretend to enforce this rule when they see a chance to steal enough money.

My Gate wallet showing my two 10k deposits and 20k withdrawal: https://i.imgur.com/EOSk5M0.pngMy 20k refund which was sent: https://i.imgur.com/PLmcuh7.pngMy 10k+12k withdrawal request which never came: https://i.imgur.com/cOLyMPQ.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/W2QTKdU.pngI wasn't exaggerating when I said everything out of Betcoin's mouth has been a blatant and easily disprovable lie. They continue to make up outlandish claims with 0 plausible deniability. For me to have been refunded my losses would imply that my balance was below 20k, which you can see its not as I had 22k in pending withdrawals and was left with a 18263 balance (40263 total). They keep saying refund, but all they did was manually adjust my 40k balance into 20k and only allow me to have 20k, claiming they did me a favor for only stealing 20k when they could've stolen 40k. Funny how they have nothing to say about their outlandish claim of earning 20k per hour, which only destroys their credibility and proves the complete lack of professionalism. They also chose to ignore the fact that they pay their players to make fake positive reviews on Casinoguru, a massive violation that will get them delisted, but don't worry some hard concrete evidence about to drop on that very soon. Betcoin are scammers in every possible way.

OP I think you need to focus on the texts that says, "using them [meant VPN] to bypass rules, like hiding real location to access restricted locations..." You admitted you used restricted locations while using the site. According to the rules that breaks the agreement. Now, if I was you then I would be happy with getting my deposits back. You have no case at all unfortunately. Make it sense and give up whatever you are trying to achieve.

Betcoin has since decided to turn it into a case that everybody else is lying but them. They are very well aware of taking US action knowingly from their regulars despite what their ToS officially states. For Betcoin, as long as an American had signed up from the states and never left the country it is fine to play, but if an American signs up abroad and plays while travelling back but wins, then he is a bad boy and his money needs to be confiscated. I am baffled by the fact that Betcoin has even chosen to lie about the actual balance trying to create an illusion like they are doing him a favor. I hope Betcoin will say some other things that are easily disprovable.
The same day as Betcoin confiscated TheLastLaugh's winnings, they had 2 US players in chat not denying the fact that they are in the US, support has told them to use a VPN, and they are "grandfathered" in. Meanwhile, Betcoin is saying they have 0 US players at all. Betcoin also deleted those messages from chat that same morning after which they chose to ban my account. Which means, Betcoin had to have seen the messages of these 2 players making the statements and claims.
Betcoin has since banned me, even though I had an account there sincce 2014, Ruby 1 with 0.2% to Diamond, I had reported to Betcoin numerous glitches and exploits in their sportsbook over this decade, I have even defended them against allegations of misconduct, and as a thank you, they are trying to make it into "disgruntled affiliate" who is lying. By the way, which online casino would choose to attack their affiliates for referring players wanting to make money, when that is literally their business model?
Betcoin has also banned oshambles who is a Canadian regular after he went to hold Betcoin accountable for this action because just like we, he also knows that Betcoin is taking USA action knowingly from players who never leave the country. And have reqeuested a KYC from him to send out his remaining $32 balance. What a joke. You have sent his withdrawals without any issues before but now when he holds you accountable for shady business practices, you ban him and keep his little money.
By the way, this conversation of David being made aware of this being an American in Poland took place sometime in 2021, I am unsure whether it is over email, support tickets, ZenDesk, or perhaps even socials. I have spoken to David on so many different communication channels, but I have never lied to them. If i wanted to cheat and hustle you, Betcoin, then I would have exploited the BetSoft table games bug into an oblivion and bought myself a mansion, instead I reported it to you. But now you are trying to make it sound like I had referred an US player living in the states, which is not true.
Besides that, Patrick after adjusting his balance 1:1 to deposits, said when he is back in Poland and documents renewed to mail for reinstating of the account. If you had actually said we are going to return the winnings then, everything would have been fine. But you are trying to rob someone of 20k and then tell him oh you can come back later.

Umm, correct me if I am wrong, but the matter here is that OP lived in Poland, which was allowed by Betcoin as their definition of restricted territory is the soil of which the player stood, namely Poland, in OP's case. And the situation here was that OP returned to US, a restricted territory that betcoin listed in their ToS, of which the second OP's feet landed on US soils, he shouldn't try to access his account as it'll be breach of ToS in restricted territory clause.
Betcoin took the middle way by returning the entire deposits made while OP in US soil? So uhh... why do we drag this case further?

Betcoin has US players and they know it, but I think the USA players are there mostly for the Poker as it's a social poker and legal for US residents. There may be players using a VPN to play other things on the site, but I doubt betcoin is just ignoring those players small wins until they win big to fuck em over. I personally have had quite a few messages back n forth regarding betcoin and playing there and feel they have always been pretty open with their policies. I am USA btw, and David said I can play there. I wont share the complete pms but I will share 1 sentence, Players are welcome to use a VPN to ensure the security and privacy of their connection. That doesn't say feel free to abuse the site and circumvent the rules. OP there are other places that allow USA bettors if it's something you want to pursue. Gamdom.com allows VPN use, AmericasCardroom.eu allows USA players as well. They both have good sportsbooks. I would explore those option, I use both and have had 0 issues.

I don't know what was said in chat but I do know that David's stance changed as far as US players after LOK passed in Curacao. Prior to LOK, a lot of US players did play with a VPN. When I asked after LOK, he told me no more US but that they could play at Betcoin.social. I was a long time player at Betcoin and left. I'm not taking a side since I'm sure that more will come out.

What a clear cut case, OP violated the rules (playing in a restricted region), so all his action is void, simple as that. I wonder if OP was smart enough and continued using the same VPN he used in Poland, to basically not show that he is in the US? Obviously he didn't, right? Because if he did he wouldn't have got caught. Anyway, deposited was refunded, so everything is square.

These scammers at Betcoin managed to get my Trustpilot review taken down today for "defamatory comments" when everything I've said has been 100% factual and professional, meanwhile anyone with an ounce of decency can see that everything out of Betcoin's mouth has been a blatant lie and reeks of 0 professionalism. Its good to know that Bitcointalk has integrity, allowing the truth to be exposed. Trustpilot on the other hand is one of those fraudulent sites that only allow fake positive reviews, silencing any criticism so that there is no authenticity left. How else do you explain this scam site having 4.5 stars on Trustpilot when its well documented ( https://professionalrakeback.com/due-to-incompetence-betcoin-reopens-poker-room-until-bbj-is-paid-out) how they stole 43 bitcoins ($5M+ and counting) from their poker players? What a joke. This has not been resolved. They have stolen and still owe me $20263. This is a very low traffic site that hurts for business. The only reason their US players which make up half the playerpool haven't been scammed is they are simply too small. If you accumulate a balance that they deem large enough as I did, then they will absolutely steal your funds and deem it worthy of further ruining their reputation. Everything about Betcoin is the definition of a scam.

Since you think you've been wronged and do not accept their decision, I'd suggest posting your issue on casino.guru, askgamblers or lcb.org, these websites mediate cases between gamblers and casino, they could help you mediate your issue with Betcoin.ag. But just to be clear, just because you posted your issue there doesn't mean that it will be resolved.

Hello, Unfortunately we are unable to accept players from your region. We would love to help you activate your internet privacy by purchasing a 1 year VPN subscription for you. Our favorite is https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/ but if you have one you prefer, we will reimburse you up to $40 for the year. Once you have purchased the VPN, please send us a screenshot of the receipt and we will add the funds to your crypto wallet. For further assistance you will need to contact us through the support chat. Please take in mind there are still an ongoing site maintenances, but we expect everything to catch up soon. I tried to login to betcoin last week and they sent me this. did google search and found this. Whats their game here??? Did they send this to you via email? Are you sure it was them? It's not uncommon for phishing sites to pretend to be someone else. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the email they sent to you? It's not that I don't believe you, it's just that it would be better if you have evidence backing up your claims.

As I mentioned before, you should create your own thread and include the evidence that you have. Regarding the screenshot you shared, I thought it was sent through chat, but why does it look like an email? I am not really familiar with Zendesk, so I am not certain.
