Example request (I'm flexible, this is just a guideline):

I am buying Magic Beans from SELLER for 3 BTC.

Once I have confirmed the arrival of my Magic Beans, please release 2.97 BTC to SELLER at this address:

Please also include the seller on the message.  I will reply all to confirm receipt of the funds, and the payment address for funds to be released.  Once the buyer tells me the item has been received, I will release funds (typically within a couple hours).
