This looks like an interesting project and honestly i like the simplicity behind the idea of tip me in sats!!.. I believe a whole lot of creators in the crypto space who want a simple way to accept sats directly without the usual platform restrictions in order to monetize their content and it looks like Sat.me is another promising idea that try to not fully but partially gives some solutions to that pain point by combining tips, subscriptions and even crowdfunding into one easy to use platform.. I really like the idea of having multiple features in one platform, it is like a true love of digital development for me.. the fact that the payouts will be in sats only, without any third party currency or ad driven interference, gives it a more authentic crypto feel compared to other platforms out there.

With that being said i am also working currently on a platform named BitcoinTalk Forum Essential Tools Dashboard, where i am trying to gather useful and practical tools for forum members and other crypto enthusiasts. Sat.me definitely looks like something i will want to include once it grows and the community starts engaging with it more. Best of luck with the development..

The current option of signing in only with Google allows for quick registration without entering verification codes to confirm the email address, and it is more intuitive even for less tech-savvy users. However, login via LNURL-auth is certainly within reach, and as the platform develops, we’ll be glad to implement it.

As for withdrawals and their limits, at the moment you need to collect 50k sats, which will also be reduced over time as more automated payout systems are developed.

Currently, we are focusing on acquiring the first creators, whose usage of the platform will help us identify any potential shortcomings. We believe that the Sat.me brand itself can attract attention thanks to its simplicity, short link, and direct association with sats donations for anyone with at least basic knowledge of Bitcoin.

I can't speak for them, but I can accept the trade-offs of requiring email code for confirmation instead of being forced to use Google. A simple check: ask a random person on the street if they’ve ever heard of Bitcoin, and then ask if they know exactly how it works.
The platform is ultimately meant to be for everyone, not just crypto enthusiasts. Bitcoin is simply a form of payment that a creator could receive instead of fiat currency.

Google or social media logins are much simpler and widely used with just a single click. Verifying an address through a verification code is, for the average user, simply too “demanding.”
Introducing different login options is currently the smallest challenge, and it will likely be implemented over time anyway. As we mentioned before, we are looking for creators, and the platform will be adapted to their needs as time goes on.

Although creators can just post their own Bitcoin address in their social medias, but you have something like "tiers membership" which would be useful for creators who have private contents.

Why mainly Onlyfans?

There are so many other business models this can help replicate, it can make you a substack, a Rumble stream where you "tip" people with sats for their (public) video, it can help you get monetized on Nostr, you can even use it for crowdfunding.

Besides, this looks like a Lightning Address (correct me if I'm wrong), so it can be used in any place those addresses are accepted.

The platform isn’t like OnlyFans at all, it’s more like BuyMeACoffee, but in the crypto world.
It would be better to take a look at the platform first before commenting on how it works.
