I apologize if this is not in the correct section to the mods beforehand but I am getting a little concerned about two transactions I sent hours ago that have been hung up, apparently, and a little peace of mind would go a long way. Here's a link to one of the ID's on the chain

That transaction is no longer found.  It looks like the sender spent an unconfirmed output and that output became invalid (probably some of the inputs funding it were spent elsewhere).

This is either an error on the part of the person sending you the transaction, or fraud perpetrated by the sender.  You'll have to contact them and see if they can re-send you the bitcoins.
