The order id is F-1840244382579735579. As the ticket already has all the info they need to verify the transaction.only if possible because i have already shared these details in the thread in my very first message. Hope they don't mind looking into the provided info. If they look into the ticket the ticket contains all the info they need to verify the deposit.

I can understand that it might sound annoyingly redundant as you've provided the information on your ticket [though I literally don't know what information you've given on that ticket, and don't answer that here]. However, I can assure you that they've got all of the information you gave us here: your UID, your ticket ID, and your order ID. I've relayed it to them on the first place.

However, they require you to provide what I sent you by PM, through discord, and we "bypassed" that. So, maybe it'll be best if we stick with the procedure required.

Will do. For the time being though, they've read what I sent to them and most likely currently escalating the matter. All we can do now is [rather unfortunately] wait for BC to process and deal the matter with the service provider you both use, so I'll have to ask for you to perhaps have a bit more patience. I believe we can get this fund processed.

OP, kindly check your account and confirm if it's credited with the amount you deposited? I sent them the clearer version of E about two hours ago [I just managed to get to handle forum related matters by that time]. My contact said it should be credited by now.
