The newbies can actually be more disciplined than the heros or legendary members here because our ranks on the forum doesn't reflect our knowledge on Bitcoin or our time in the industry. Many people are OG investors without knowing about the forum or having their presence here. The advice you gave is the most important thing as a Bitcoin investor. Don't be like some people that heard about Bitcoin early but their impatience have made them no longer beneficiary of being the early comers into the industry. If we're not careful in few years to come, we might also be in the same situation if we're not patient enough to wait on the market. Selling is the worst decision we can make now when things are only just getting started.

Investment is not by force and its also not a do or die affair and if you get this mentality say na by force then believe me you might end up just getting yourself into big problem because at the long run you fit end up selling even that small stach of Bitcoin or coin wey you don accumulate. For me i think the best thing is to actually go with the flow that suits you and try to increase your actually income so that your discretionary funds sef go plenty and then from there you follow set up your emergency funds or even so increased the DCA amount wey u dey use for the investment.

Yes, this happened to you because I invested in small amounts of Bitcoin before I came here by maintaining DCA. Although I'm not a legendary member, am a new member here. But after coming here, I have gained much more knowledge by watching the discussions on Bitcoin. As far as I understand, in these two days, my mind of selling Bitcoin has completely gone after I came to this platform. I'm also trying to find out how to increase my investment rate. Some of us that are not up to full members does not mean we are not having other things doing outside the forum and does not still mean we do not have good knowledge how bitcoin works, Actually some people have been into bitcoin before finding this forum, the forum only helped us get better understanding with its rich knowledgeable individuals. Only surfing around this forum for quite some time now and reading good posts of knowledgeable people like JayJuanGee and others, I have come to a good understanding on bitcoin, accurate cashflow management and long term holding plan. Discipline is not all about rank and experience, it is self-built and the ability to see what is obtainable and act accordingly. For example, as a bitcoin investor, it is wise that you have other source of income and not fully depend on your bitcoin portfolio or investment for survival because merely doing such, you can never be able to keep your investment growing as you would definitely fall back to it as a back up so before you think of having a long term bitcoin investment, you should already have a backup plan for yourself so you don't tamper with your bitcoin investment otherwise it would be a practice in futility.

Having a running cash flow and a fund for investing in Bitcoin is very important for us. Running cash flow helps us to make our daily living as well as keep our investments running. So it is an important thing for investing. But even more important is having an emergency fund. As a result, if we are in danger one day, we will not have to sell our investments.
