It's actually true that there are people who prefer to earn a salary rather than start a business, and the idea now is that most people don't even have the funds to start a business, so they might even want to start with salaries, then follow it up with starting a business but this will only happen when they have enough funds for the business, and some people are scared of the risk that investment comes with, so either way we have to be ready.
Well, that's right. There are some people who want to start a business but are unable to do so because they don't have the capital for it. Some people may have the capital to start one, but still choose to keep earning a salary. So, I think some people make their choices based on what they like doing with their lives, despite the pros and cons involved. However, just as you said, whatever works for them, they have to be prepared for the challenges that come with it.
Most times we don't need funds to start a business. The challenge is that some persons don't know how to start a business with zero capital. Starting a business is by far better than most jobs especially if it's affiliated. Salary earners get restricted to what they can afford but businesses after scaling for a long time live their dreams. I can only take a job that gives me time to run my own business else I will always choose business over jobs no matter the pay.

Sometimes you need the job as a means through which you can build a capital that can be used in running a business. the thing about getting a job that some people miss out on is that it serves as a medium through which you can develop yourself, do proper networking that will help your business scale when it eventually comes to life and even give you the needed experience before the business comes to life.

The least business requires a reasonable capital to start with and if you don't have an alternative means of generating this capital, getting a job is the easiest means through which you can build your capital.

To start a business, you will definitely need capital and those who do not have capital will definitely have no alternative but a job. However, many people lack sufficient capital and management in their business, due to which the only perfect job for them is a job. Again, many people have not had the desire to work and if they have enough capital, then if they can do their own business in their job and want financial freedom, then I would definitely say that they should quit their job and start a business.

The more risk a person can take, the more profit he will make and improve financially. The risk is higher in business than in a job, so the possibility of higher income is also higher. It is possible to make the same amount of money in business in a day as a person earns in a month or a week by working.

In my view, you're conflating two different things here, which happens a lot when people glorify entrepreneurship over employment. Yes, the probability of a higher income in business is greater. But that’s just it, it’s only a probability! We’re not talking about guaranteed income; we’re talking about the chance that it might exceed your salary. It could just as easily end up being the same or even lower. What is always higher, though, is the risk, but people tend to sweep that under the rug.
You are right. There is a risk because there is no guarantee that a person who quits his job to become an entrepreneur will earn a lot. There is a risk in starting a business but there is no guarantee that I will be successful. Rather doing a skill based job can be more financially viable because you do not need additional capital. No one can be sure of a guaranteed income. But if you can personally acquire expertise in a specific subject, you can work independently and the amount of income can be satisfactory.

A person can show up well while being an employee. And there is nothing wrong with this at all; they can earn a lot and be much more confident than a business owner. Business not only has no guarantees of success, but it is also definitely associated with expenses, with investments. And often people make them out of their own pocket, following a dream. But alas, not every dream translates into an effective and revenue-generating business. Therefore, one needs to clearly weigh the pros and cons.
