It's an hyperbole. Of course no one gets to work 24/7 without having rest and sleep. It means that you have to focus and dedicate all of your time to the business.

Of course, because that’s where my journey has started, but my answer was just a response to OP’s question. I will always choose owning a business as the better path. Still, business is not for everyone since it comes with risk and not everyone has the skills to run one. That’s why I understand if some people would rather choose a decent job with a good salary.

Running a business is often glamorized but the reality is much tougher especially in the early stages when everything depends on you it’s not just about showing up whenever you want because the business is yours in fact it’s usually the opposite you end up working longer hours than you ever did in a regular job because you are the one responsible for every single detail.
