There is nothing better than having your own business. Even people that are earning salaries will later set up a business and be earning with the business.

But there are some workers that are highly paid, many people wish to be someone like that also, so that they can be able to save up, start a good business with it as alternative source of income.

starting and maintaining a successful business is never an easy task trust me sir and if we speak realistically or run a private survey, you might be shocked by the number of persons who will prefer having a highly paid jobs which can make them live the lives they desire and i wouldn't blame such persons because i also know how running a private business can be very stressful most times,

i also agree with you that naturally, nothing beats having a business of our own but i still stand on the fact, alot of other people would also prefer to have a high paying salary job than running a business.

Salary earners end up spending their salary buying from the business owners making the business owners to get profit from the business while the salary earners end up with nothing.

But there is a cycle and process to everything. Bosses or business owners were also once working for someone to earn money through a salary so they could live, take risks with their savings, or start a business. Not everyone is born with a golden spoon in their mouth. The majority have to work their way up from the bottom, from zero. Most have worked hard day and night to create the empires and huge companies that we look at today and wish to own so we could earn the same money, but the reality is different.

These risk takers, after making enormous amounts of money, forget the value of the amount and start chasing huge numbers. Like Elon said that he will earn $10 trillion haha, which is really a huge amount, and I doubt if he would ever reach there, but the way his projects are growing and are going to change the future as well, I think $10 trillion is not even a big number for him.

You have become a salaried employee under someone, which means you have no freedom. You are under your boss from morning to evening, you have lost the freedom to express your opinion. But if you establish your own business, then you will be the boss of that business organization and many employees will work under you.
So you tell me which will be better? Working under someone else ? Will others work under you?

Well if you do own your business, then you are under the control of your customers, and if you do not listen to your customers then you bankrupt your business, just like how you would be fired if you do not listen to your boss.

People think that freedom of your own business is so great, I have owned my business, you work more than you work at a salary job, and you work a lot more because you need to do everything yourself, you do not start with 100 workers on day 1, you work with just yourself and nobody else and handling everything is tough. Also, the customers are your boss, and if you do what they want then it's all good, just like how if you listen to your boss then it's all good, but if you do not, they will "fire" you just like a boss, and won't use your product.

As an individual, owning your own business or been self employed is the best peace you can have to me, because I don't really like stress. owning your own business will make you be in control of your business, it will enable you know when you are making profits and when you are making lose. I have some opinion with you, In the era of open digital information, everyone can easily see the success or achievements of others. and most are amazed and observe the results but are not interested in the story of the process. This is one thing that makes many people have big dreams but don't follow through with much effort. I think success is always achieved with sacrifice and forcing us to do something we don't like like a hobby for us. Nothing is impossible, but we have to be realistic, to achieve something that almost impossible, we also need to sacrifice unbelievable energy, time and thoughts to make our dream come true. The most important thing is that we know ourselves and know our starting position before we determine long-term targets.

It all depends on which salary, some salary don't require anymore effort to do something else, big the payout is always very big, and some salary jobs takes too much of your time, like coding and building games, there is no way you can add something else.

I read a news this morning that some Japanese groups are protesting that $300k payment isn't enough when other company is paying $900k, I just laughed, because getting $300k per month from a job is incredible and heavy.

This is why I said it depends, in most countries especially developing countries it's best to get your job going and also running a business aside, it's possible and many people are doing this.

From the look of things, I think that's the best way to ensure an individual's financial stability and mental health, because working under some comes with so much disappointment and pressure. There are some individuals who prefer salary jobs over owning their own business because they are afraid of losing their funds. I can't deny the fact that owning your own business comes with different challenges, but still, being self employed also have a lot of benefits and advantages. Self employment can offer a specific freedom that no salary earner could ever get. But some high ranked members could get that. I think immediately a person just accepted a salary job, they have to have it at the back of their mind that being wealthy through that is not possible at all, because in that situation the problems always increase and the salary is always constant, some people will argue with me that the salary also increase too, but to my understanding I see it as an insignificant because immediately your salary increases, government also increase the tax, and that is how they take away what they added. It is true that running a business is more challenging than just being a high-paying worker, because when you have a business then you need to think about operations, marketing, and many other things to be able to maintain the continuity of your business. meanwhile, for employees, they only work according to their skills and what is given to them, they don't bother thinking about the fate of so many employees as business owners think. that's why more people choose high-paying jobs than running a business because not everyone is suited to bearing the risks and responsibilities of being a business owner.

Know body with his right sense will choose salary job over a very good business, not that there is anything wrong with getting involved in a salary job but salary jobs operates with a  well structured or specific amount that comes in as once reward for labour but that of business is never stagnant but depends heavily of market follow, the higher the customer the more once profits increases the more.
Apart from operating under a specific amount called salary,  salary jobs has limitations especially when age is involved because to an extent,  once with a higher age according to constitution will be retarded for a well structured game.

In as much as one can run the both at the same time I would say that the both is important because you can be running your business at the same time working, if you know you can't run the both on your own then you can decide to look for an employee of course this is how most people have been doing and I find it very interesting to avoid one particular point of failure. For me there's nothing good as having a business not just anyhow business but the one that will bring profit because there are a lot of business out there that doesn't bring profit and some might be due to the area you establish your business.
