Additionally, most people still find it difficult to take charge of their business as they lack the right principles and strategy to keep the business running and that fear is what keeps them away from owning a business. For me it’s better to own a profitable business because that’s the real key to success if you want to be rich someday. Having a job, even with the best position in a company or in government, you can’t pass that on to your family.

But if you own a business and you nurture it until it grows into an empire, that can give your family a comfortable life.
And when your time is up, you can pass it on to them. That’s my position about the question.

That's the plan of everyone who starts working and plans to start their own business one day. Some fail to start one, but they are still in a better position than those who did not even try because they are still fearing the market and are still afraid to take that one step. I was watching a video in which some guys were going to start a gym, and the investment amount was so high that if I had that amount, I would buy land or property instead. But I don't know their worth or how much land they already have, so considering that, a gym looks like a good option for them. They even started marketing earlier even though it has not finished yet. It seems like they are showing fake data to advertise their gym.

I don't know, but these days marketing plays an important role, especially social media, and it has been playing an important role for a long time now. That's why we should always stick with modern methods and sometimes let traditional methods go because we can't use those techniques everywhere. But the main point is not how to do business, but what it needs to start it and why many people fail. Business is far better than doing a job, but to be honest, many people think doing a job is easier than running a business.

In as much as one can run the both at the same time I would say that the both is important because you can be running your business at the same time working, if you know you can't run the both on your own then you can decide to look for an employee of course this is how most people have been doing and I find it very interesting to avoid one particular point of failure. ‎I agree with you, owning a business is more preferable than earning a salary. Some companies overwork their employees while paying a small salary. This will make them unable to save. Having your own business provides a kind of freedom as well as an increase in responsibility. Due to this sense of responsibility, some people feel more comfortable working under someone else instead of starting their own business. To do business, capital is needed, which many lack. See how you oversimplified it. Many people have tried businesses, and they didn't work out. You think having a business is easy? Not to mention having a profitable business. If you can build a career and earn well from it, it might be better than forcing yourself to do a business simply because people said doing a business is better than having a job. If you can figure out the business you want to do and figure out how to solve a problem and be profitable, the fine, but have it at the back of your mind that you're going to work harder than a person who has a job and might not earn more than him. If you manage to success then it's a yes in terms of making more money than having a day job salaries, they have a big advantages when you look on the profitable side though it's not as easy as it is unlike with finding a day job which if you have the knowledge and if you fit enough to take the job then you'll be hired, but with owning business you need to consider many factors for you to success and for you to enjoy that comforatble life.

I have some opinion with you, In the era of open digital information, everyone can easily see the success or achievements of others. and most are amazed and observe the results but are not interested in the story of the process. This is one thing that makes many people have big dreams but don't follow through with much effort. I think success is always achieved with sacrifice and forcing us to do something we don't like like a hobby for us. Nothing is impossible, but we have to be realistic, to achieve something that almost impossible, we also need to sacrifice unbelievable energy, time and thoughts to make our dream come true. The most important thing is that we know ourselves and know our starting position before we determine long-term targets.

I can't agree more with you, LinkedIn is an example of it. We visit and see posts shared by others like getting hired by X platform, starting their role in X company, etc., and these kinds of posts force us to think that we are not doing enough and why they are getting these roles and not us, although their degree and ours are the same.

They will overlook the efforts and time they have put into a job they still have not gotten, and expect to get a higher role when first they have to work without getting paid, like as an intern. Most people don't want to follow the whole procedure; I don't know why they do that. But people who understand the process and believe in it, and especially in themselves, would never stop working, and they won't judge their life’s progress after seeing others. Because this way, we would never be happy no matter how much we have already achieved.

It is not very easy to start up a business and establish it to the point of getting so much money from your business for you to be independent, a good business will take you years to build you will pass through a lot of stress and challenges but if you are able to stand and succeed in building your business then you can't advise people to work for others because they will give everything about their life to make money for others. It cannot be denied that many countries are experiencing severe inflation, making workers wages insufficient to cover living expenses. But I think you are oversimplifying thing by suggesting that is why people are leaving salaried job to start businesses. It's true that owning a business is more rewarding than being a salary earner, but not everyone knows or is good at managing a business, that's why most guys will prefer working as a salary earner than owning a business on most occasions. Working as a salary earner is less stressful than owning a business that may compel you to work overtime, and on weekends just to oversea the growth of your business. You may be seeing a lot of money while doing it, but you may have less time for yourself on social activities, unlike salary earners, but the major advantage of owing a business is that it can be passed on to your children, unlike a job that a vacant position can't be passed on as an inheritance. They both have their advantage and disadvantages, but I will choose a business over a job since it places your destiny in your hands.

Owning a business is for sure the best option, even for that freedom alone.. Not everyone one will understand the importance of having freedom and not living life under the mercy of someone else until they taste it for a while..

If someone decides to leave his salary Job and start a business, all he has to do is just to go learn the in and out of the business. I'm sure that almost everybody that earns salary dreams of owning their own businesses and being independent but you will wonder why they still remain as employees despite their dreams of being on their own. The reason is not farfetched it is because they don't have the resources which is capital, if your salary is barely enough to take care of your basic needs there is no way you can remain in such jobs and become business owners.

Most employers knows this and that is why they will be paying their workers what can only take care of their basic needs, you will then find out that many workers will be going in circles until their retirement. Having your own business can be the best option and much more profitable than just earning a salary. In business, it always demands discipline, a mature strategy, mental readiness and the ability to find new ideas to survive in very tight competition. It is clear that not everyone can run a business, but those who are ready to take all the risks, the potential rewards far exceed expectations if the business runs smoothly.
In business there is no salary limit, if your business is successful, then the profits are entirely yours and it is much bigger than a fixed salary. For example, a fixed salary of $200, the potential increase may reach $300, whereas in business, the initial capital of &500 has the potential to become $5000 if things go smoothly.

Reason being that salary earners have a lower financial growth potential compared to a business owner.Although a business can fail, A salary earner could also lose his/her job but in terms of wealth creation and financial independence owning a business is better.

You are right; even if business growth could be hard sometimes, it's better than working under a fixed salary where you already know what you are to be paid at the end of the month, and in some cases you could lose the job also, but if one still doesn't have the money to start up their own business, they can go with working under another establishment and earn enough before starting their own journey.
