Business is better, because you don't work under anyone you have a free period without being control by anyone, that shows you are the master of your own business, and you have full control of everything and also your movement are not being restricted by anyone.

But as a salary earner, you work under someone, that is your boss, he have control of almost every aspect of your life, especially at the basis of your work, the organization which you belong as a staff, that is why the prayer of every salary earners is to become a successful business owner because it is a reflection of financial free when you have a good moving business. That's why there is a saying that says every salary earners are  living almost every of their lives under debt. They only earn to sustain for their daily life and not to get rich and own mansions, etc.

A business owner actually has more control over decisions, and time which and that is why so many people dream of becoming wealthy through business but then to me i don’t think every salary earner is living in debt or cannot become wealthy so salary earners actually earn good amount of money and they build good business for themselves, and still achieve greatness and comfort without owning a companies.

Because some people are building around what they are passionate about. And some people rather carry the responsibility then be ordered around. I recon i could list at least 10 more reasons, but those are from the top of my head.

Personally i can't handle well big groups of people so that instantly limits my options on what work i should do. But i tend to be overly passionate when it comes to my interests, and i put the hours into it anyway, so it makes sense for someone like me to be paid to do what i love. Might as well, right?

That doesn't mean it's less stressful, quite the opposite. But it's less stressful then some other jobs. If i have zero say about the company policies it might be crushing enough to quit.

And when i work for someone else, my career opportunities are basically depending on how they value me. It's not real value of me.

Sometimes allowing your family to manage your business is the best/ right decision to make, but in some cases allowing them to manage your business is the worst decision ever. I know that it going to be very hard to discipline your family if they did anything wrong, so because of these, some will respect themselves, while some will misuse that opportunity. You can give them that opportunity, or give the outsiders that chance, but depending on the level of trust you have for them.
