You said it is a multisig wallet. If you have just one seed phrase, you need to also have the other seed phrase with it. Without the second seed phrase, you will not be able to spend the coins on it.

It will be just a waste of time trying to bypass it as you can't without the second wallet access. scammer will take out the trx you will deposit in the wallet for gas fees. This scam is too old and commoon now i have seen people droping the seed phase in youtube comments too lol mostly have usdt erc20 as the gas fees is high.

You will never get access to the funds in this wallet, if you fall for the trap and deposit to transfer funds, your funds will be taken by the scammer before you know it. What makes you think anyone would give you even 1 dollar for a wallet whose funds they can't even access? If you can't access the wallet without the second seed phrase, you might as well not bother because there is no saving this.
