Mycelium wallet empty since 5 hours after account reload account button

Hi my Problem is that i Pressed this Button for account reload. After klick, balance is 0. And transaktion are not looking same as before. For example 50euro to a Adress sent and in the same trsansaktion is a second one were also send 550 e.
I guess its normal working in background.  But it seems that mycelium lost connection to adresses that are mine.

Well i Safes 12 Words before And after klick reload account i also safed master key.
Then i deleted app And restored wallet.
Same shit like before deleting.

I also tried with electrum, but also Show 0 balance but transaktions i see

What is the derivation path on Mycelium? Or what is the bitcoin address start from? Is it 1, 3 or bc1? We need to know the derivation path for us to let you know the right way you should import it on Electrum.

Or you mean you saw the transaction on Electrum but you saw zero balance? Did you see a transaction you did not make? If so, it is possible your wallet has been compromised and the coins stolen from it. Has the transaction been confirmed?

This sounds like your change address but it's not added to your total balance.

One important information here is Mycelium typically sends the change to your address of the same script type as the recipient.
So if your first address is 'Legacy' (starts with 1) and you sent to a 'Native SegWit' (bc1) address, your change will be sent to your own Native SegWit address.

Given the info above, you should restore the same script type of the recipient in your last transaction.
If you're not sure, use "Detect Existing accounts" when restoring the seed phrase to Electrum and restore all results as separate wallets.
Check which one of them has your bitcoins.

If there's none, the issue could be more complicated.
Start by providing more info about the setup; e.g.: Mycelium wallet version, Mycelium Android or iOS, other accounts in Mycelium to mention, etc.

Two possible problems here the very first could be synchronisation problems back when I was using mycellium it was quite frequent I don't know if they've fixed the issue. On the other hand it could be derivation path issues although I'm a little skeptical about it since it mostly happens when you try to restore a wallet..

First I think if you haven't tried reimporting your seed you should try resynchronizing with good internet then alternate across few nodes it may help

The most common issue with mycelium is syncing issues. I always get a zero balance because the server ping is too slow.

If you want to troubleshoot this issue, you can check your logs under settings> help> logs. You can share this to us if you don't care for your pivacy or blur some parts like the IP or the hash of your wallets and share them here, or you can check it yourself. How much ping do you get when connecting to the server.
Mine was 0; sometimes I hit 1250 ms above.

If there's transaction history and the address you use from Mycelium is the same with zero balance, then it's possible your wallet is compromised. Make sure to follow the suggestion above first because I don't know the history of your wallet or why your funds are gone, but try to increase the gap limit; sometimes other addresses are under the gap limit, so if you increase this limit, there's a possibility that you can find your wallet again with a balance.
