Based on statistical data, I make about 70-95 posts in the Russian section (plus about 3-5 in the English part of the forum).

Yes! Usually, participants are required to post daily, and they are paid for it weekly. The campaign organizer decides how many posts are required, whether there is a minimum value and a maximum value.
Ranks reflect a user’s activity, merit, and overall history on the forum. Ranks matter a lot. To make it clearer, I'll try to explain this way: users with a high rank and a lot of earned merit are something like influencers on social networks.

There are also restrictions on the signature for different ranks:

- Newbie: No styling (including links) allowed. Max 40 characters.
- Jr. Member: Links allowed. Max 100 characters.
- Member: Unlimited length.
- Full: Color allowed.
- Sr. Member: Size allowed
- Hero: Background color allowed

And an avatar can only be set by being a Full member user.

Consider user's reputation as well. It is likely that a user with a high rank, a good measure of merit and a certain degree of recognition is more trustworthy and clicking on the links in his signature will also be more likely.

What you see in the table is a list of all active Bitcoin subscription campaigns. It's basically a casino, yes. Once upon a time, a significant part of the advertising here was provided by services "to improve the purity of bitcoins," but they are now banned here.

1. Yes, rank matters. The rank actually shows you how experienced the forum member is. Of course, the experienced forum members know more about the forum, rules, and everything. When it comes to wearing the signature, lower ranks have some limitations.

2. The pricing depends on your marketing budget. It also depends on how many forum members you want to hire. A campaign manager will create a signature campaign for your brand according to your budget, and they will hire forum members. Let's say you have a $1000 budget and you want to hire 9 Hero/Legendary forum members for your signature campaign. The manager would hire 9 forum members, and their weekly payment would be around $100. There is a minimum post limit, and the standard limit is 25 posts a week. Some campaigns also pay in a "Pay per post" model. Hero/Legendary forum members get $2.2 to $5 per post, depending on the campaign budget/post quality, and the reputation of the user you hired.

As for xandry, since he is a staff and a high quality poster, I would pay him the highest rate if my client doesn't have issues with the budget.

You forgot to mention that this thread is about a custom agreement between you and a potential client. Therefore, campaigns and payment rates in them are only considered as parameters in which a deal can be made. How many posts per day, per week, on which boards, is all a matter of agreement between the two parties.
