Author Topic: BC game SEPA deposit not received after 30+ days, proof sent multiple times..  (Read 60 times)

I have made multiple deposits to 87 com (I think its the same as bc game) from the same bank account through SEPA deposit. For one payment (181 euros), I accidentally forgot to add the payment ID "TM51008266" in the description of the payment. I immediately contacted support, and got standard answers that the payment merchant is waiting for the deposit. I have uploaded so many screenshots, PDFs, etc. Eventually they made a ticket for my deposit 2 weeks later:

I uploaded live video's made from my phone and uploaded many files as requested. Then, I had to wait another 2 weeks for a reaction. The reaction was the same:

"We would like to inform you that the merchant has thoroughly investigated your order and has provided the final result. As such, we are unable to create any additional tickets as the investigation has concluded. Please contact your bank for further assistance. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding".

In different chats they also are trying to imply that I did not make the deposit yet, even though I sent numerous documents containing proof that the payment went through:

"Upon checking, our merchant responded that we didnt received the payment. Please contact your financial institution." But it is legally against the law (according to my bank) to request another party for a refund. They are literally looping the same requests of documents, and then replying that the payment did not go through even though my bank, and me, are 100% sure that it did.

Why have you mentioned the name of BCgame while your issue is on 87.com? If I'm not wrong then 87.com isn't a part of BC.game casino. The platform has the same UI as BCgame though. Getting back to your issue, it was a great mistake from your side that you didn't add the payment ID in the description. The casino team needs to add the funds to your account manually now. You may not get any help from here as 87.com doesn't have any representatives here.

So I did some looking, and according to this article, it looks like bc.game used to be owned by Blockdance(which is the current operator of 87.com and probably why they have the same software provider), but was handed to Small House in April last year, according to the article. But bc.game platform says that they are operated by Twocent Technology Limited(you can see this information at the bottom of their website). With this information, I think it is unfair to drag bc.game into this "scam accusation".

BC Game’s previous owner Blockdance was also embroiled in the case, as one of SBGOK’s claims related to a player that claimed they were owed $10,948. Blockdance BV argued it had credited the player. It said it handed control of the BC Game site over to Small House in April.
