I sent you a private message today regarding an urgent account matter that I am prepared to pursue through a formal complaint and a scam accusation. I was giving Bitz a final opportunity to resolve this matter confidentially, despite conduct by Bitz that was deeply troubling and improper. You did not respond.
I then today raised the issue in your Telegram channel that you promote here and was immediately thrown out and blocked. This sequence of events is concerning. One great thing about Bitcointalk. No one gets to block or silence you because they dislike what you say. No one gets excommunicated for raising bona fide concerns about a casino that uses this forum to promote itself.

On December 16, Bitz Senior Manager Steven offered $5,000 USD to settle a complaint involving deposits and account activity totaling closer to $14,000. Since I declined that offer, Bitz has stopped engaging entirely. I surmise the offer was a "take it or leave it" proposition. The $5,000 proposal effectively leaves Bitz profiting close to $9,000 arising from its own egregious misconduct.

My hope was to avoid spending the Christmas and New Year season preparing and arguing complaints and public accusations against Bitz in a matter this clear cut. At this point, Bitz is leaving me no meaningful alternative.

I worked with them, and they are great at doing business." My experience has been the opposite. I signed up on December 7. What followed was serious misconduct and dishonesty.
This experience proves a simple point. A signature campaign does not equal safety. You might view my case as an outlier. Even so, players need to investigate every casino on its own facts. Campaign size or forum presence means nothing without accountability.
