There are lots of websites already that focus on introducing new crypto projects. I won't mention one, as it was just one search away on your favorite search engine. After looking at some, it now depends on you how you will manage your self-research and analysis about the project.

Anyway, expect that every new project you will encounter will have a "good" roadmap and vision for an obvious reason. However, no one knows if those plans will be successfully executed within the said time frame. Also, in some cases, even if the project performs well throughout its pre-TGE phase, it ends up failing for various reasons.

There are many rating platforms where new projects are listed and there they keep their roadmap and their listing date line. But there are all kinds of projects listed here, good and bad, and many projects cannot fill their roadmap properly in time. So even if you go here and find new projects, you will not get the correct information of TGE for all projects. For this, you have to follow the social media of each project, it may be X, Telegram or Discord, then you will get all kinds of updates. At the same time, you can follow Launchpool and Launchpad of various exchange platforms, there you will also get a good idea about the TGE of new Coins.

Doing a personal research is the best way to discover pre stage coins I mean earlier stage of the project where the price is relatively very low and the pre sale price is the best entry price for any potential altcoins, since at that stage you be among the early investors that will get some airdrop if the project goes through a snapshot which gift coin holder free coin based on their holdings during the network snap, and if when the coin gets listed on exchange and the value increase their will gain a lot since pre sale price are relatively low.

Depends at what stage you're trying to find.

If it's pre TGE around the seed funding phase. Find it in rootdata or cryptoranks. They got comprehensive data about that.
If what you're looking for is their listing or at least before they went live with their listing. Just see exchange's listing announcements on their blog posts.

I agree that so far, Cryptoranks has been a great place for me to find projects with a more promising foundation. There's also the option of hunting, and I think researching VCs is also a key consideration. But again, that alone isn't enough, as each project has its own set of requirements to be eligible for its TGE allocation, such as being a contributor.

From what I know, there are many platforms where we can find potential projects from a Token Generation Event (TGE). It's up to us to choose which platforms we use.
However, most of these projects are high-risk, and only a few can be said to have real potential.

VC for altcoin project is like the first thing I would consider, I sometimes skim through the VC backers and instantly skip if there's not any or the VC are just tier 3 VCs.
It's the break it or make it factor for me since exchange listing strongly influenced by VC backers as well.

In regard of TGE, it's hard to predict so I usually just follow what programs are prepared by the developers. If it's point program with staking stablecoin. I'd just follow it.

Hard to recommend such thing since you might fall on scam if you go on suggested platforms given by us. So what I can recommend to you is to search for information and use google to know the hot trends on pre tge scene.

Also don't deal immediately with those new project because as we know there are lots of scams there. Check everything need to look for before you try to risk and invest your money so that at least you have a good chance to earn.

But I'm kinda skeptical on those type of project since there's lots of scam in that scene and I always preferred established old coins since I think they are more better to invest.

Actually it depends, I know some people who started on altcoins than bitcoin. I mean majority of us already know how bitcoin works is but for a newbie, majority of the opportunities came from altcoins and that's a good way to start a huge profit if you're lucky. As long as you know how to look for the right allocations and contract, you're safe to go. As for BTC, if you're a newbie it's hard to make profit from it since we're on a state where ATH is close and could possibly dip at any moment, as a newbie you don't want that kind of thing to happen to you, it'll slow your progress on trading due to bad decisions but in altcoins, it's different, crypto as a whole have risks so there's no point to play safe, just find a good one and be a pioneer of that specific token. You're lucky if the project is really good but move on to the next if its bad.
