The team is currently working on the tokenomics of ZapChain. Our goal is to design a system that keeps the chain alive for the long run — with scarcity, sustainability, and incentives for miners.

As part of this, we’re introducing a random bonus block system: every block will have a small chance of turning into a Zappy Block ⚡ — a rare block that gives a much higher reward than normal. For example, every block could have a 1% chance of giving a 100× reward.

Zappy Blocks will add excitement for miners and ensure that the chain stays rewarding well into the future.

Why are we creating ZapChain?

Because Proof-of-Work is the foundation of true decentralization. While every other EVM is turning into PoS or private chains, none of them provide the fairness and security that PoW brings.
