Hello, 

I have sent an urgent PM to theymos regarding the removal of certain Altcoin topics that compromise my personal security and privacy. 

I am posting here as a follow-up to ensure the request is seen.

You can achieve the topics, then report it to moderators to get them deleted.

Theymos is a busy guy and beside we have mod handling that and not theymos directly getting involved in taking topics off for whatever reasons.

All your threads are created in the Altcoin sections of the forum, which I believe you, as the OP of the thread, can personally delete yourself and get it wiped out without even creating this awareness.

And even if the administrator gets them cleaned up, we have some other third-party tools that already have your data backed up. If there is anyone who needs any information from your thread, this awareness alone can make them go archive it for future use somewhere else.

Maybe you can try with mprep and Welsh, they are moderators in the altcoin board and probably have enough privileges to delete objectionable posts.
Also, 'Report to moderator' with an explanation of why you are reporting the post, a reaction should follow very quickly. The privacy of the members is very important on this forum, and there should be no compromise.

You should have just silently reported that topic to the moderators for deletion along with your personal reasons if you were not able to personally delete it. I am pretty sure they would have helped you but now by posting your request here, what you have done is just make people even more curious about what you posted.

I think there are some section of this forum you can't delete thread, I mean the main op, except admin helps you and do that. I think was a topic i created then and was wanting to delete it says that you can't delete op, you can modify and change then content inside but already the system has automatically achieved the contents which s/he shared already.
Again I don't think it has gotten to the length of sending out message to theymos while there are lot of mod/admin who can handle such minor issues without bugging him to do that, of course reporting to moderator could be more better than raising an alarm to notify everyone.

You mean archive? Why should i do that if i have my info there, archive means to have another copy of that topic.
Well, most or all topics here are archive anyway by other bots, but i guess OP can request to delete or snip that info on their records as well if its privacy issue.

The forum has two admins and theymos is one of them, also the head admin. You can PM another admin, Cyrus or some of global moderators. Find them in my thread.

If they have already been deleted on the forum... can you PM me the topic names/IDs so that I can have them deleted from Talksearch as well?

Post deletions are processed manually for now.

I will go to the idea of reporting to the moderators for quicker action, except if theymos is not that busy to have seen or attend to your Pm, i wonder the number of PMs we will be receiving a day, but moderators can act fast on that if they check on it, don't think reporting always guarantees for quick action, instead they will also see to the case and confirm for assertion before taking action, i also hope you include the link to what you're complaining about to them as reference.

You won't find theymos all over town because he's a very busy guy and he's very less active on this forum. Welsh & mprep and examplens already suggest you that.

However, one thing is that there are several third-party tools for this forum that have a backup of every post in this forum in the database. For example: ninjastic.space,  talksearch etc. you can message their owners and they will review your request and delete them from the database. this is the only way to permanently clean your post.

Only full deletion can resolve the safety risk.

Maybe in case you don't know this about the forum, once a post has been made, it does not get deleted, even though the delete button is there and you can do so, but literally, everything deleted can be resurrected back, so why worry yourself, if they are being deleted, another can use ninjastic thread to brought it up and show everything there, I will only advise you stop talking about it, because the more you do the more you're drawing for more attention over it.

As suggested by someone above, a simple report to moderator for deletion or deleting it himself would have solved the who issue.

We're not going to delete dozens of posts by other users, which do not contain dox or otherwise break any rules, just because you claim that there are some traces within them which somehow compromise your privacy.

Why do I think this could be a strategy for @OP to promote his shitcoins.

I speculate many people search @OP post history on third party archival, @OP might be successful to make people to read his post including the administrator , but I doubt people will buy his shitcoins.

I'm sure since he created this topic, some curious users have been searching for his posts through third party tools. He is a newbie user so no one has ever searched his post archive but he has created curiosity among many by creating this topic which has further violated his privacy. And he is responsible for violating his privacy. It could happen because of his stupidity

Why did you expose your personal details that you knew will pose a security risks to you in the first place? Even if they are removed, there are people who must have come across it already and if they needed to do anything with it they have already gotten the information they want. We should just be very careful before posting sensitive contents that will become a threat to our privacy, either now or in the future.

You can edit those posts and remove that information or something.

Now, you have to be aware that there are users who make a backup of all the content exposed on the forum.
In fact, you must be aware that everything you put on the Internet stays on it forever (Or almost forever).

So, edit those posts as soon as possible so they don't spread and try to talk to users who make copies of the forum.
