A lot of softness will emerge if the CBN start to see the bigger picture, and there's hope for that because of their recent soft spot for crypto. No be whining oo... Millions of Nigerian youths already know the Bitcoin space and crave more of its usage.
Myself as an example, freelancing will become much easier to receive and also make payments.
With lesser restrictions and regulations, Bitcoin adoption can come in, it would surely be beneficial to a Nigerian legit hustler

One thing we should understand is that the fight between crypto currency and any government is a long one... Crypto stands as a threat to any fiat most especially Bitcoin that is why there are a lot of regulations against it.. even some countries ban the use of it...
I've really thought about it and seen that it will take a whole lot for the Nigerian government and CBN to really welcome that .. the value of naira is already depleting and this adoption will make it deplete more... But we hope for a better future sha

You’re right, most young Nigerians are already aware of Bitcoin, not because CBN encouraged it, but because the system forced them to look for alternatives. Freelancers especially have seen how easy it is to get paid globally with Bitcoin compared to the stress of traditional banks.

If CBN takes a softer stance, it won’t just help individual hustlers, it will also create more opportunities for innovation and businesses built around crypto. At the end of the day, adoption will keep growing, regulation should focus on making it safer, not blocking it.

True talk my guy. If CBN fit just reason the bigger picture, e go shock dem how much value Bitcoin fit bring into the country. Na millions of Nigerian youths don already dey inside the Bitcoin and crypto space, some dey use am for freelance payments, some dey trade, while others dey build small businesses around am. The reality be say the energy and knowledge dey ground already, na only the regulatory barrier dey cage am.
If they ease up restrictions, Bitcoin will become a major tool for legit hustlers, from freelancers wey dey collect international pay to local business owners wey wan connect to global market without stress of conversion rates or middlemen... Na win win thing if dem embrace am, because the economy sef go still benefit when transactions dey smoother and more open... Na just matter of time before dem go realize say adoption go favor everybody..

You are right, the youth of Niger are very keen on adopting crypto and Bitcoin. But we should not forget that Bitcoin or Crypto is a threat to fiat currency. Currently, Nigeria is facing massive inflation. At such a time, Crypto will usher in a new and bright future for all of us.

But we know that it will not be easy for any government to control Bitcoin. So I think, Bitcoin will not be under the control of any government. But it is a good opportunity for individuals to adopt Bitcoin and improve their livelihood.

Yeah Bitcoin could be one unique way of payment for the real hustlers just as you have said especially on remote or freelancing works because it's easier and less stressful way of sending and receiving money across boarders, but the problem with Nigeria government is that they only pay lip service to things and that is what an seeing with the case of Bitcoin.

Because even though that Bitcoin has been officially recognized and has been made a security asset government on their own side has not made any significant efforts in making sure that they tap fully onto Bitcoin, for god's sack there are countries that are investing hugely in Bitcoin and even having Bitcoin reserves which I don't see that yet with the case of Nigeria.

Bitcoin na good means of payments to any side hustler and even if say Nigerian government restrict all of us to access any of the crypto wallets or exchange both all the DEX  and CEX them, people go still use VPN to gain access to anyone as possible. Bitcoin no be the problem of the country hardship or the reason why crime dey always go on for the country. Bitcoin na good opportunity way Satoshi Nakamoto invent to help the world. The government dey fear make crypto currency no replace their banking system and take over fiat currency na make them dey confused whether them go accept. Other countries dey legalize crypto currency but we still dey behind.

You just hit the nail on the head, and Yeah the government is seriously fighting against bitcoin and if it were possible I think they would have loved to ban bitcoin just as other countries do, but I think is not that easy for them to do. Because our security here is very poor compared to other countries because here in nigeria even if the government choose to ban bitcoin there will still be a set of people who would want to continue with thier weekly or monthly bitcoin purchase and I think I will be one of those guys Grin here we don't easily keep to rules and regulations but in other countries once the government announce that there should be no more bitcoin purchase all the citizens will just stick to the rules without violating them, but in nigeria you go announce so ta you go tire  Grin.

You actually right, if CBN can being to look ahead at the bigger future and embrace growth instead of resisting it, Nigeria stand's to Gain alot, most expecially Nigeria youth.
Crypto most especially Bitcoin had already turned out to be an earning means, for so many traders, freelancers and the rest. Let's just reason and imagine how things will be in the nearest future in Nigeria, if government approves and support the use of crypto, instead of blocking and creating confusion hear and there.

It seems like some of us don't like the freedom we have to invest in Bitcoin without the government wanting their own share of your hustle, I mean why are we so bothered about the government or CBN accepting Bitcoin? We are using Bitcoin on the low key already and thousands of our youths are aware of crypto currency, we are aware of Bitcoin and many of us are cashing out on it big time and I'm super excited about it, we no longer wait for white collar jobs after NYSC because of our awareness of Bitcoin and that's a win for us all, so with or without the approval or recognition from CBN we are good.
