Additional, I don't exactly know how long you guys have been in the business but I would be interested to hear of other people's testimonies or opinions on your guys. So I don't know if their is anywhere someone can look at, like where a review of your services is done, so that we all in the community can check and be certain of what to expect while using your service.

This is my first time to comment here, mate the questions you raised here are very important as such most of us are curious to get answers to these questions, for a service like this, the community members will want to hear somethings from this horses mouth and I don't think anyone should be offended with these questions considering how important they are, for me, this is the first time am getting to know that this firm do exist, finestel please I will like you guys to do justice to these questions they are important thanks.

When it comes to legitimacy, I think I have no worries about that because with the few research I have done about Finestel, I believe they are genuine, but I asked a question they have not responded to, so as some other users. So I will really be interested in their response to those questions.

Because of these few valid points you raised,  i took a look at their website,  and i saw some person's review over there. Although, they are redending a very nice service which I would really like to try it myself,  Because all my life I had not seen a system like theirs until now,  that is handling it all automatically and safely.

The question you need to ask yourself is that are you a trader? If you are not, this could be hard for you since you may not understand how the system works especially setting things up based on the knowledge you have gotten from being a trader for the past years and setting up a system to works without you lagging on information.

I actually trade on spot, but not regularly. And for some time now, I have not traded after the massive lost I experienced early last year. So I think that is the reason why i am finding it difficult to understand their system. But trust me, I really want to try their system myself to see if the system is as good as they claim. and if their system work perfectly, to my test. From then on, I will use their system to do trading.

And lastly, the unified trading terminal you spoke of, I think you should throw more light on it, is it the Finestel team that will make use of it to manage a customer portfolio or it's the customer that will make use of the informations it provide, pertaining to risk management, portfolio tracking and multi exchange account management?

  Do Finestel provide insightful information and the necessary software needed for those trading the futures market?
Or it's only the spot market they focus on?
Am asking this because all my trading activities is focused on futures and derivative trading, not the spot market.

I have few questions for you guys, and I will be glad to see that all my questions are answered properly. First, I would like to know the type of signal source that are supported by your bot?

secondly, does your bot allow Trading View Alerts or Custom Web Hook Based Signals.

thirdly, is it possible to deploy one strategy on all exchanges at the same time with a single set up?

as well as this, how many extra settings will be included in the Trade Copier Software including Symbol Filters,  Risk Multiplier’s & Delay Options per Follower Account.

Because these would be very useful for the people that need to manage many accounts across many exchange.

I think bigger users will look at this differently than solo traders.

There is no way solo traders can convinently attach themselves to use this kind of tools that is broad with so many configuration that needs to be fixed together unless they have the means and capacity.

I also did a bit of digging and noticed Finestel mentioned alongside institutional providers like Tilvest, Talos, and Wyden, which puts it more in infra category than retail tools. Seeing them involved in Bitget campaigns and content with Kucoin also gives some relief about legitimacy.

I don't even know that Finestel provides infra trading to institutions, asset managers and crypto exchanges you have mentioned which shows that they are not just a small company that have partnerships here and there but serves different institutions.

To put it simply,  I find the multi exchange API structure rather unique. Managing separate accounts on various exchanges such as Binance and Bybit can be extremely stressful,  especially with traders working on multiple portfolios so managing everything connected in one dashboard could really reduce operational stress.

I am also impressed with the trade copier. For asset managers who run the same strategies on multiple accounts, executing orders in bulk can be a massive time saver and also minimizes mistakes and in execution.  Of course,  the largest concern is likely to be the security of it all. With everything depending on API integration,  users will need reassurance as to how API keys will be protected and the ways in which they will be protected.

I find it quite interesting layout overall.  I would be interested to see the progress in the future.

Finding Finestel listed as a data source on crypto.news and seeing official Kucoin videos with their CEO and spaces with their CMO makes it look more serious than most posts here.

Still, for asset managers, tools alone aren’t enough. Do SMA users get access to predefined strategies or models they can offer clients, or is the platform mainly infrastructure where advisors bring their own logic?
