Should gambling be treated as a means of livelihood

Gambling don't have to be taken as a dependable means of livelihood. Sure some people wins, the odds are sure arranged to favor the house or maybe bookmaker, this implies steady winning rate is low. I think it should be seen as entertainment for fun, not a plan for financial growth. Relying on it for livelihood may quickly lead to losses, debt, and stress. Money gotten from gambling should be seen as luck, rather than something to lean on for life plans.

When the amount of money that is won is tangible or big that it can solve some life problems, it is not a crime or bad thing to lean on such money to solve what ever be the issue,  but there the problem again is is that some people after encountering a good win become lazy to continue in their normal work, depending on how much is won; some 3ven resign from their work to turn to gambling for livelihood because they believe that they finish spending that initial money they won, they must have won another that may likely be even bigger, people like this end up in total error and end up living a defeated life.

When it was made possible to win money from Gambling, it wasn't meant to come replace what we do for a living, it was only meant for entertainment purposes alone but many today treat gambling as their major source of income and it's very bad.

We have talked about this severally now and people shouldn't take them anything again, there are people who doesn't care and still placing their daily living on gambling. Most times it's important to have a multiple streams of income where someone do not longer hope on gambling to make an ends meet, we have also talked about how we could budget our gambling duration like allocation of funds and how they should be spent while gambling, although this depends on individual choices and differences.

When I see shouldn’t be taken as a dependable source of livelihood, it actually points to the direction that, it’s actually a source of livelihood though not a dependable one is it…? I think not. Should anyone view gambling as a means of livelihood, it must mean you are the CEO or constitute the board that offers gambling securities and games.

Being a regular gambler and see it for a means of earning and improving yourself, that would be you digging a deeper hole that you might already be in.

The amount you will earn from gambling is not certain and you cannot guarantee the daily or monthly profit. So how can you accept gambling as a way of life? You should adopt something as a fixed means of livelihood or income from which you will receive regular income and which will bring you sufficient profit at the end of a specific month. The amount you earn is seen to be more than what you spend every month and if you get into debt then your family will be in a big problem this can never be your desired goal. So you can never accept gambling as your fixed source of income. If you have to accept gambling then you should accept it as a means of entertainment but it should be on a specific day of the week or month.

Gambling is just a game of luck there is no sure prediction or sure bet in gambling that is the most important thing for a player to know which is why they shouldn't take it as a source of livelihood, the people who places their daily life on gambling has probably not lost an amount that could make them very sick if they have I doubt if they would be gambling everyday when they do not make profit everyday when they gamble.

Gambling indeed is not a means of livelihood. But people tend to keep trying to make money from gambling. They believe they can make money someday so that makes them return to gambling. They may win but their losses can become bigger than they can imagine.

Money from gambling is a bonus for them so they don't have to keep gambling but stopping gambling will be better for them. If they can not think like that, they will lose more than they can afford.
