Shuffle is holding over $16,000 of my money for 6 days and never responded about it

I was playing shuffle 6 days ago with a $10,000 deposit and lost around 2k

After that I made a $600 bet and was very lucky and won $8160 on the slot machine Zeus vs Hades

You can see the bet here
https://shuffle.com/?modal=bet&md-id=CSi5yqTjmVfrw3wqSfwTY

I was very excited for this win and tried to withdraw around 6k profit

After not receiving the money for some time I began asking other players in the chat how long do Shuffle withdraws take and I was advised to open a support ticket because I had been waiting almost 2 hours at this point

I opened my first support ticket and was instantly banned from support in 2 messages because I asked about my withdraw

https://ibb.co/zW95q962

https://ibb.co/mVYmsw01

I went back to the public chat and said they banned me from support for no reason what do I do now? The mod there didn't believe me and requested me to post a screenshot of the ticket. I posted the ticket screen shot and people were a bit confused as well and many people began discussing it. Shortly after I was permanently banned from the public chat for calmly speaking about this issue

I am still banned from support and chat almost a week later
https://ibb.co/CpPHt8C5

Later I opened another support ticket and Pat said to wait a moment for my withdraw and I was so relieved but then he deleted the message and banned me from support again

https://ibb.co/FbZVjtV5

Everything about my account remains fully operational I can still deposit and make bets and lose money and claim rewards but I cannot withdraw

I also sent 2 emails last week with no response

https://ibb.co/VcSd74Vx

https://ibb.co/JR2v75XZ

My affiliate BTCs who showed me shuffle contacted the head of support for me as well. They told him to have me open a support ticket but how can I do that when they banned me for no reason and refuse to respond to my emails for a week?

https://ibb.co/cXLdhLCq

I truly believe this is a scam because even their own affiliate can't get a real answer from shuffle about this

https://ibb.co/twW7rDSd

An entire week is too long to hold $16,000 and not give a response and I wish I did my research because I see so many people complaining about shuffle stealing their deposits and I'm reading the owner Noah had prior involvement working in FTX exchange which had this exact same issue? Shuffle tries to cover it up and say rigged sports betting but they can't say that about me because I never made a sports bet in my life and I won on a slot machine Zeus vs Hades

This is completely unprofessional and I should have just stayed on stake where I have over 200 million wager and never had any issues like this

Shuffle at the bare minimum needs to give a response about why they are stealing my $16,000 they've had a week which is more than enough time... They're clearly avoiding the issue and I'd bet anything there's a handful of people it the same situation as me being scammed who are simply accepting it and not speaking out

Now respond with your bullshit excuses shuffle about how it's an accident that I can deposit and not withdraw on my account and how I need to fill out mountains of arbitrary paperwork, send you a copy of my DNA and then fly out to your office to collect the money in person that I won on a slot machine and any other garbage you'll try to come up with to avoid accountability like all these scam casinos are always doing

This is a scam in it's purest form and if I saw a fucking bald child who was involved in the biggest crypto fraud in history was behind shuffle I would have never trusted this site with my money

Seriously can you look in those eyes and say you feel trust? I would have never ever deposited if I saw who was behind shuffle first
https://ibb.co/PpF4CNg

Now give me my money and stop scamming people you'll make more money in the long run being legit

We are now going on day 16 of shuffle not letting me withdraw my slot machine win

5 days ago I was requested to submit my ID

I sent my ID and shuffle accepted it and then removed it and said send it again with a new picture

New photos were taken and sent over to shuffle for the second time and once again it was accepted

Since my account is now successfully verified (twice) I asked may I have my money now please?

I was instructed to send an email to support so I asked there too

So now it's been another 5 days since I completed the account verification they requested from me and I'm still not getting any response? Were they just hoping I wouldn't verify my account so they can keep the money? This is the classic casino scam to avoid withdraws and it's pathetic to see how difficult they're making it to withdraw a slot machine win on top of recovering my deposit

Why is it I need to give my ID for a chance to withdraw but I don't need an ID to keep depositing and lose money?

I gave you my ID twice like you asked can I have my money now or will you keep ignoring me?

Probably because BTCs is part of this Racket.

Racket Definition:
An illegal or dishonest scheme for obtaining money.

It's now been 1.5 months since Shuffle began "reviewing" my withdraw and the only response they gave me was an email saying to send in my ID

I send in my ID and for what? To be completely ignored and then have my ID leaked in a Shuffle data breach?

So who the fuck knows where my ID is leaked now and what risks will come from this

It's absolute bullshit Shuffle steals my $16,000 and forces me to KYC only to ignore me after doing what they requested and then leaks my personal information to scammers and hackers on the internet?

I was able to have my affiliate I signed up under contact the head of support and Shuffle suggested I "just make a new account"

Are you fucking kidding me? Just make a new account and forget about the $16,000 we stole? How is the solution to leave my account in a state where it can deposit and not withdraw and then make a new account which loses all my VIP progress and steals my $16,000?

Is this some sort of withdraw bug on Shuffle they can't fix to the point the solution is to create a new account? If I'm instructed to create a new account which is against their own ToS and they're okay with it while leaving my original account in deposit mode only then clearly they don't know how to fix it which means they need to return my money

https://imgur.com/a/fSfQkQo

I will bet anything the moment I make a new account and deposit they'll lock it up and say ToS violation for the new account and steal that money too

Because Shuffle wants to be irresponsible with player funds I was forced into a situation to allow them to be irresponsible with player data

Opening an account on Shuffle is truly the biggest regret of my entire gambling career even though I made a profit on the site, but what does that mean if they're giving your personal data to criminals and won't even let you withdraw your original deposit never mind the wins

Yes it's all a huge scam. Are you even surprised at this point to hear the owner Noah was involved in FTX? Shuffle is saying my account is cooked, it's fried. Some might even say my account has been Bankman-Fried

But if I make a new account and forget about the 16k they stole it's all okay

You're one of the lucky ones to have rude interactions from their support because it's so difficult to even get a response

We are now going on 3 months of Shuffle scamming my money, over the last 3 months Shuffle has

- Locked $16,000 worth of deposits and slot machine wins
- Set my account to deposit mode only (allows me to deposit, play, lose, but not withdraw)
- Asked me for KYC which I completed
- Leaked my KYC documents to online criminals
- Offered to let me make a new account and forget about my money

Can anyone explain what is going on here especially Shuffle? Why is my $10,000 deposit and $6000 slot machine win left on "pending withdraw" for 3 months and no explanation? Why did you ask for KYC just to leak it and then tell me to create a new account and start over? Will this company ever pay up to all the people who they've stolen funds from or is Noah going for FTX v2 and his second hit on the crypto community?

Have you considered presenting your case to Casino.Guru or AskGamblers to hear their opinions? I suggest you gather all the evidence you have and explain everything calmly and professionally even if you are angry and feel frustrated about what happened.

I can see that both Casino.Guru and AskGambers have overseen other cases involving Shuffle casino.

I think this is what OP should do.

There have been quite similar cases about delayed withdrawals in both platforms, and some have actually been resolved. The support team seems to be very active over there, most particularly askgamblers, so OP, you know where to start from as you try to get to the bottom of this.

OP, did you try sending Noah a message here on the forum? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3466374
he has not been active for a while, but i have seen him reply to scam accusations before, so maybe shoot him a PM to get his attention.

- Set my account to deposit mode only (allows me to deposit, play, lose, but not withdraw)
why the fuck do they even have this? it's makes zero sense to a have a deposit only mode.

I think this is what OP should do.
