Hi,

I have been attempting to communicate with both bc.game and bc.poker about my poker account being frozen and then zero communication regarding why. Absolute radio silence for 2 months now.

I apologise to post in this thread but unfortunately i have nowhere else to turn now, and in an attempt to stop having my funds stolen i need to try and remain visible somehow. If somebody from these platforms could message me then perhaps we could at least some kind of dialogue. I have zero hope of this happening after what has gone before but i must at least try.

I also want to post here to alert others that the business practice of these companies is wholly unprofessional and that anybody should think twice before ever using their services. Transparency is important in this industry but is not something that is offered on bc.game or bc.poker.
