Have not been active here for some time admittedly, And my account was hacked at one point but thankfully I was able to regain control thanks to help of the Mods here (Thanks again)  I am happy to prove I am the original owner and creator of this account. I can do this by taking a photo with your account name written on some paper next to the physical shadowcash crypto coins I bought years ago and are one of a kind. if you can think of another way for me to verify myself I am happy to meet your requirements.

I am requesting a small to medium loan in bitcoin, USDT or Monero (Preferably)

The reason for this loan is related to personal expenses

My proposed loan terms are

Repayment every fortnight starting from the date the loan is received

1st month interest free

then 5% interest of the outstanding loan amount per fortnight, every fortnight until the loan is re-payed in full.

I do intent to repay this loan as I would like to work towards setting up my own business down the road and hopefully if I can prove myself reliable and trustworthy I might be able to use this ability to borrow here on bitcointalk.org to help make that a reality, So most definitely do not intend to burn any bridges here, although things do come up in life unexpetedly and that is why I am proposing the 5% interest after the initial 30 days interest free period

The loan amount I am requesting at this stage is $400USD in the equivalent BTC, USDT, Monero

People on this forum do not like Bitcointalk account to be used as collateral because it is related to account sales. Try to use another things as collateral or build your reputation on this forum so that you will be able to borrow money on this forum next time.

I have had multiple successful sales on this site I am not sure why I don't have any reputation. It might be due to the fact at one point my account was hacked? I have even done sales without escrow used and product was sent (By me) can see my reviews in reputation section.

As for using my account as collateral it was just something i thought might show I was serious about repayment I didn't realize this was something frowned upon here as I have never attempted to seek a loan here before. I did edit my post and thank you for bringing this to my attention (You and the user who PM'd me)

And there is a general problem with this kind of collateral... No one knows if you have proposed some trades out of forum/private offering your account/trust as form of collateral.

I have seen from your previous trades that you have been active with collectibles. Did you have some that potentially could be offered as collateral?
Of course, same rules applies (like COllateral bigger of Loan) and in this case it would be required an escrow (or a kind of verification...)

I understand but #1 I don't intend to lose my account. #2 I intend to repay the loan and #3 I don't deal with scammers I won't even take a loan from one so I would only be dealing with loaners with a decent reputation. I really don't have anything else to offer as collateral that I can think of that isn't physical unfortunately. I have a IPhone 14 pro max in perfect working condition. but I am based in Australia so not sure how that would work honestly.    

I have the physical shadowcash coins I could offer as collateral but again not sure how that would work because of my location and if anyone would even find value in them as collateral :/

Since you are a Legendary account, it's a bit strange that you don't know how trust works here. Your account has only one positive feedback from 2015 and nothing more. That doesn't make you trusted. As for your loan request, it's missing some details. How much will you repay every fortnight? $5? $10? And if you don't, who will secure the lender? You don't offer anything in terms of collateral, not even somebody else to vouch for you. Not to mention that 5% interest after the 1st month is less than $20 for the lender. Not even close to the usual interest fee, thus no significant profit for any lender who is risking $400.

I suggested my account login as collateral before I was told this is a bad idea and I might be rated negativly for even suggesting it. I asked for $400 with 5% interest fortnightly after one month obviously I don't want to pay interest if at all possible so obviously I planned to pay the $400 back within a month, I said fortnightly payments so that would probably be around $200 per fortnight repayment

if someone wants to suggest a better arrangement with interest occurring so they can make some profit I am happy to consider it.. it was a proposal not an unconditional demand, counter offers are ofc welcome

i have trades with atleast 5 users here all without escrow all of these users are legendary accounts.

and the reason I don't have many trades or activity is because I supported one project for over 10 years and I wasn't interested in anything other then that project because I am not serial coin flipping con artists like 95% of this forum. shadowcash became particl which I supported and held untill recently when after 10+ years holding I had to sell every single coin i held all that time so I didn't end up homeless

I am not here to convince you Im not a scammer and im not here to beg for your money either. this was basically a last resort out of desperation as I need money this week for an unplanned and unexpected personal expense (Which I will not get into) I had all intentions of paying it back but I am sick of trying to justify myself. like I said I have multiple successful trades with reputable members here including
minerjones, wheelz1200, BitcoinPenny all of these trades were completed without escrow with physical items sent internationally and there was never an issue from either side.. So no need to question my honesty I have already proven in the past I am trustworthy. If you not interested in helping me out that's fine, that's all you have to say.. or even better just don't comment at all.

As for borrowing off friends and family! how the fk do you know if I even have anybody in my life that I can rely on in that manner? nice to just assume everyone has that kind luxury of a support circle they can fall back on when they need it lol

I suggested in my original post i could prove I am the original owner of this account by posting a photo with the physical genesis series 1 coins I bought back in 2015. I can take a photo with coins and a piece of paper with whatever you request me to write on the paper (date, username etc) and if you have another suggestion for me to prove I am the original owner I am happy to meet your requirements.

as for the suggestion of the interest free period if you have a counter offer I am happy to consider it.

i said $400 because I can safely repay this amount within a month so $350 with a
10% interest is within my budget and would greatly help towards getting what I need payed for this week.

If you are already referring to some previous period with your activity, it should also be emphasized that there is a history of hacking of your account. As far as I can see, it happened more than once, so it can't be an incident, but a symptom.
Next, you often have long absences from this forum, which makes you unreliable for any non-collateral loan. You're too risky.

Also, here in the discussion, you seem a little more aggressive, which is often counterproductive.

Without offering valid collateral, I found it very hard to receive any counteroffers. The problem isn't the interest so much, but that you are asking for an uncollateralized loan based on your trust that doesn't exist as you have it in your mind. Why would anyone offer something different when you don't secure him in any way from the start?

Awhile back, when I was very active, I would have given you a negative for trust mining, AKA buying trust. Most users, (if not all), that buy trust are planning to scam. Maybe I need to be more active.

I had the same reaction as you to that post, but I gave the guy the benefit of the doubt (for now.)  He's been relatively inactive for longer than I've been around, so maybe he's just not hip the contemporary cultural norms of the forum.  Either way, I'm still not convinced the account wasn't hacked or sold, so I feel a neutral tag is warranted.
