I like the competition because it would encourage existing casinos to find ways to serve their clients better in order to retain them.

More casinos poses a problem of identifying good ones from scam. Some bad actors might take that opportunity to defraud people

New casinos doesn't necessarily mean new gamblers, trust me, the influx of gamblers outnumbers the casinos more than a thousand to one. If you go into the streets and see the way even little children frequent physical betting houses, you'll be amazed, not to mention what is happening online.

Nope, having more casinos doesn't mean there will be more people gamble.

Why? because most of new casinos not yet profitable, not having a lot of money to do a big advertisement and not yet fulfill all requirement to advertise their casino in strict companies.

From my experience, I only see 3-5 casinos appeared outside this forum (I'm not following any gambling accounts) when there's usually a new casino popped up in this forum per 2-4 weeks.

Old, big, and reputable casino give a huge effect to attract people to gamble because their advertisement spread in everywhere.

Easy access means more chances of gamblers coming in. It is one of the reasons why there are many gamblers now. There are too many online casinos popping up, and they are all trying to advertise their promotions and features on different platforms, especially on social media, where most people are.

In 1 hour of scrolling on Facebook, I think I bumped into 10 online casino advertisements with different names, although I have not watched any casino-related videos or even read an article about it. Not necessarily. When online gambling began, there was a change in this regard, and I think it could have had a negative impact on people who had never been to a casino before and now had the option of gambling 24/7, first from a PC and, for the last few years, from a mobile device.

Casino is a business venture, it doesn't matter how many is unfolding as long as those new ones can function effectively, it would give the gambler lots of options to satisfy his gambling desires. People would always get addicted with or without newer casinos coming out, for me it is a problem with the people themselves and not the influx of casinos.

Gambling is something I know that does not need so much publicity to thrive, there is this inner desire in people to cling unto opportunities of making more money for themselves and they have recognized gambling as one of those. I will just note that I agree that there are a lot of gambling projects in the information space, including new ones (I do not think that I am in an information bubble, this is an objective fact). What really worries me is that this activity will attract the attention of idiot politicians and idiot activists who, as always, demand a boot in the ass stricter regulation and restrictions.

It's just how the economy works. There will always be new casinos opening up so long as there's demand for it.
It's a very competitive space and naturally some of the older ones are not going to manage to stay afloat or profitable.

Some of the older casinos had to rebrand or revamp their marketing several times to stay relevant.
It's natural in this space to expect this in my opinion. Competition is good for the player so long as parties involved remain honest. There can be less number of gambling sites with effective and enough gambling ads that will make people to become addicted to gambling. Not all gamblers are addicts but some people become addicted even when there are gambling sites that are not many as it is today. Gambling problem has been a hot topic since many years ago and mobile devices make more people to be exposed to gambling.

This is true, I think it's mobile devices that brought the biggest addiction problems since it's more accessible and private, like your neighbor can even be gambling in an office environment with his mobile device and you'll think he's replying a mail or doing something useful. I've caught my colleagues before gambling during office hours with their mobile devices, such cannot be attempted with their official laptop since the supervisor can see from a distance that you're breaking the office law.

It only means that the demand in online casino is booming. This is good on business perspective including us that benefiting on casino signature campaign.

Gambling addiction is already a problem before even without online casino and I doubt the number of gambler with addiction is greater than the number of normal gambler that playing normally.

We shouldn’t emphasize more the small percentage of addiction instead let’s just be happy that the casino industry that gives us incentives is growing.
